i miss the times sonic was more awesome in general. people meme the dark age and what came directly after and before to oblivion,but aside from 06 glitching to death those times are honestly pretty close to classic sonic-times(dat sonic3 and knuckles especially) of epicness.modern sonic just lost something(and that comes from someone who really likes lost world)
This boss was a bitch to beat. I could not figure him out until I realized I have to strike when the Wii Remote shows up on-screen, not when his sword glows. Even then, sometimes he just decides to attack before the prompt comes up. Really annoying.

Yeah, you can actually do that. First, you get lucky and draw the portal-sword. Then you beat the red things back for a full gauge, Jump and then do the zoom attack thing, if you exacute the swings all right, your bar won't drop at the end. Repeat from 'Jump'.

This boss took me forever to beat, I would almost put it on the level of Dark Souls bosses, but it's an entirely different game so it's comparing apples and oranges

The best feeling was playing back in 2010 for me, fighting against King Arthur whole jamming to the fight the night background music, one of the greatest moments.

Yeah all you have to do is use soul surge and strike when ever the wii mote sing appears. If you cant do soul surge then hit those black things he throws back to fill up your soul surge gauge. It's tricky but easy once you see the pattern.
if mean how to get on his horse and atttack him, you must hit back those fireballs he shots at you with your sword. if you hit him, your red meter gets higher a little and then do an homing attack on him and then you can start attack him

no, its called maxing out Knioght style, and giving him 2 herb of strength (the one that makes your soul gauge fill up faster. while you runb with it maxed out, you gail soul gauge while you run. along with perfect timing on the sword slashes and having enough of the gauge left to chain both of the surges together right off the bat. lol
I had such a hard time. I could never get past the second sword clashing. I did however discover that you can kill him during the first clash if you time all of your hits perfectly (when the sword glows for a second). That way I could finally beat him.
Finally I beat this fucker! took me a while to get the pattern down but it's really simple once you get the hang of it. you fill up your gauge when he throws those shadow balls he throws once it's filled jump when you get closed to him and target him and slash him whenever you see the wiimote.
The second time in the boss battle trying to defeat him I was screaming "WHAT DID I DO?!" Because I didn't swing my remote when I try to hit him and he still hit me and I still never defeated the boss.

I remember this boss fight, if you didn't have perfect timing you would lose. If you were a 0.1 seconds off you would get hit and have to do it again.
