Impossible Burger at Home Part 2! Please don't let me down

  • Alright we are back at it again trying to make the restaurant quality impossible burger at home. We broke out the flattop to see if we could replicate the crispy smash burger texture of the Red Robin and Applebee's version. Not sure we did it justice, but watch to see our conclusion.

    At least you're going in the right direction. Maybe bribe someone who works at Applebees for their secrets.

    Presentation is 10/10 at least. I'll have to ask a friend how they cook their burgers at applebee's and if they cook them all the same way.

    Maybe the Impossible Meat at restaurants is never frozen? Just like you, I CANNOT make a good impossible burger at home, yet the ones at restaurants are amazing. I am in the same dilemma. Good job trying to figure it out.

    Mix it up then make a Patty
