This is clearly an insurrection of our freedom , even Mr Shultz and his company have rights. The formation of unions just puts the dems more in control. They yell freedom , unions, but look at the past what big unions does. Look at the train wreck in Palestine. They had an independent come in and test the water , it has things in it that the government and the rail road union do not test for. And how they were treated just bc they thought they voted for Trump. Omg! What a message, and these ppl still have to live in an environment that a chemical used in WW1 was used to seep in the enemy trenches to kill them. This is what they do. They leave you to fight for yourself when they should be fighting for you with all the agencies we have for these type disasters. And burn off the light at gasses into the air while claiming climate crisis. Abolish all agencies that should have immediately removed these ppl abs housed then elsewhere “ for as long as it takes” to clean up the chemicals.

And if I don’t like where I work, I look for another job before I quit the one I am at. I was once asked by a nurse what I thought about nurses not getting paid enough? I told her she wouldn’t like my answer. She insisted I tell her. It’s simple , you apply for a job, they offer the pay, if you accept the job then expect the pay that was offered. So accept it or look for something you think fits you better. This hospital chains were nation wide. No union. But responded quickly to complaints of any employee. The hot line was for complaints was anonymous. One time a department head was notified she had a complaint which was a no no. The person that told her was fired. And gosh didn’t know why bc she thought their group was in control. The same thing happens with Unions but they go unpunished and take over with corruption.

And start pumping oil and heal our economy. A private company should not be made to have a union. This is plan B to get rid of capitalism and destroy America. We have gone through this corruption before. And another way to try to usher in Obama care and digital money to steal from citizens. Biden’s death tax already takes any inherited properties to themselves or you can buy it back for full fair market value and they take 40% of any monies right off the top to disable you from buying it back. Hence the government will own everything. Hence communism. I believe what one person said , the union is already playing dirty and hiring ppl for gross amounts of money to enforce unions and government control.

As a daughter of a barber who opened a non-union shop in Michigan that was burned down once, rebuilt and reopened later to have a bomb wired (unsuccessfully) to the telephone while he was guarding the property overnight. He later was to find out the brother of the police captain, who had a competing shop, was one of the people who wired the bomb. My father lost over 50 lbs. during this time and died due to stress. These people were union activists, but the Union was found to be full of "mob" people, the union's pension plans were being used to launder money and were not funded correctly so many benefits were insolvent. My father had been a union welder for Divco, later bought out by Allison- Chalmers and the Union pension funds were under negotiations, which were settled 2 days after he died so my mother got nothing from his 20 years of union work since he predeceased the settlement. So no, I do not support unions, period!

Well let me tell you about state job unions and pensions not only are they more profitable than traditional 401k plans by higher worker donation to even higher state donations and our pensions survive our death up to the ending balance of employee contributions so take my advice get a state or federal job whether you like a state job or federal government job and many state jobs exist in state funded and controlled facilities for disabled individuals and mentally ill so you can get a job in several fields and still benefit from state wages benefits and pensions because it is unequivocally the best retirement plan without extra retirement accounts aside from 401k and of course social security and your pension in a state position in my state contributes an automatic 24 percent each paycheck and whatever is determined your contribution and I would assume any alloted gain after investing is yours to pass to anyone you choose after you die as any pension should be allowed as a rule of law aside from social security because that is a government fund

So the dems are pretending to be for the people while deceitfully once again buying off ppl to disrupt and take over capitalists causing chaos and again trying to make everybody equal while awarding someone who has not risked their money and tried their ideas. Taken from the ones that deserve their reward and giving to the ones who do not try and want everything for free. Ppl won’t even go back to work bc it pays just as much to stay home. Their money needs to be cut to minimum wage and no jets. Sell them abs pay off the deficit. Abolish the labor board and the NLRB. Start over and No one that was relieved can work in federal or union jobs. It is plan B to take over and perform an insurrection overthrowing our constitution from within using unions. Abolish unions too unless they pass a thorough investigation that they have not paid for ppl to work for capitalist companies and push hard for unions. The only thing attractive about that is 100% paid medical insurance but believe the limits would be great and the requirements and exclusions would be long the best health insurance programs are supposed to be at state and federal positions but many factories offer lower costs based on participation in yearly wellness exams and people who refrain from tobacco use and the yearly discount for a wellness exam at one facility resulted in a discount of approximately 40 dollars every paycheck which took employee cost from 60 to 20 dollars twice a month with a small discount for tobacco products not being used and the insurance was ideal for those needing prescription coverage and monthly or yearly maintenance to obtain ongoing care for lifelong conditions but state insurance covers a wider range of types of coverage with focus on mental health issues as a priority just like major medical and offering many prescription for less than the copay of 10 and never above 10 also free telehealth services for a wide range of common reasons for needing health care advice and medications when after hours or on weekends or when traveling to urgent care or emergency room may be out of reach due to condition

Starbucks sounds like a great career, what isn't a great "career", is being a Barista. Sounds like Starbucks does exactly that, as I assume managing a Starbucks store is a jolly good career. I used to work at a California coffee shop chain, and our managers earned 48k and up (this was years ago), and our managers notoriously made less than Starbucks, in fact it was not unheard of for some of our best managers to leave for the greener pastures of Starbucks.

Most regret these irreversible medications and irreversible surgeries that cause so many debilitating effects . Also shortening life expectancy by at least 20 years. Very few had real gender identity, debilitating mental issues including severe depression and suic- idal ideation. My sister-in-law had it until she was validated for her mole estation . She was 50 before she got true mental help. All stemming from a situation that happened when she was 13. 37 years of mental anguish and an unstable mental disease. She had to face her victimizer at every family gathering. Bc it was her cousin no one paid and no one talked about it. I just found out months ago which explains her choice to reverse once she got true help. I have lived with horrible stretch marks and sagging breast for 30 years with privately held occasional thoughts of worthlessness bc of it. Every time my spouse looked at another woman or we had company I felt a violation of our marriage. In my anguish no one paid for my tummy tuck or breast augmentation. And now I am glad they didn’t bc it could have caused me more problems with circulation and body rejection issues. This is all a bunch of bologna to usher in Obama care. Union workers make more money and have better benefits generally, however that doesn't stop those same workers from crying like babies when things don't go their way. Add to that: When Union retirement programs run out of money, they require non-union workers to bail them out by way of government bailouts (from tax dollars).

There should be no need for a union if the federal labor board would have done its job. They would have taken care of this right off the start. And the opposite is done to ppl who don’t want to join the union by the union. It only creates more havoc and money raising. The labor board is not doing its job and should be abolished and restarted. And no federal employee should be allowed to work another federal job anywhere nor be part of any union. The rail road union makes billions off union workers and treat them like crap. But portray these workers as greedy when all they wanted was what the equal justice labor board is supposed to do.

There has to be jobs for college students making an extra buck. They are not long term workers nor anyone else that needs temporary work. No one would hire these ppl in need of a short term job if they knew they were just going to quit if they found a waitress job or finished college.

Sanders is only worth $3 million now. Wonder how he got that reduced? Spending or illegally hiding it. And all the book writers claim their millionaire status on writing books. I just do not believe that.

@01:54:44 - Yes.. The answer to his question is yes. The Unions in Vegas that work at the large hotels have these types of programs. 401k, education reimbursement, fully covered health care, stock purchases with match in the 401k, - above average starting wages.

You would support Starbucks for violating worker's rights, But you think their politics are shit because? They grandstand and use social justice issues to distract from the active violation of worker's rights. Your politics are shit. I don't care about your party, but I know you look at politics as entertainment "Red vs. Blue". That is all I need to know that your politics are shit.

If you don't like the work or your pay, find another job that meets your needs. It's not fair for a struggling small business to meet your pay if they can't afford it.
