This was very interesting. I liked how it was so weird and didn't stay in one place. The guys talking didn't seem to get it. Offbeat music is not for everyone.
Can anyone ID that track that hits at 6:04? Just getting into RL and that transition was fucking insanity. Hopefully it's a released track and not VIP. 🙏
Thanks homie! Yeah now my account is shadow banned from commenting on this thread but it's just festivalsharkcam for the address. Ugh it's like trying to talk about an N A P around a toddler
I don't like the whole 'DJ off to the side' vibe. People like watching DJs dance and mix. You can still see the screens just fine. It seems like a humility thing, but it bothers my OCD and connection to the artist.
@@RandyBeardClips you’re in the massive minority with this take. I’d say majority or people greatly enjoy this method. But it’s a valid opinion I do see what you’re saying
@@RandyBeardClips It shifts more focus to the VJ work and the dance floor itself, it takes away from the "high on the pedestal" feeling a traditional DJ setup brings. I was present for this festival and I really liked how they did the off to the side setup for the night time acts, I had never seen a fest do that and it was really cool. it also allows for the next DJ to prepare without interrupting the prior act and makes the screen more visible to people not on the floor
res lang altered my brain that night
