Kawshar Bhai started his career as a freelancer and later built JoomShaper, which then turned into what we now know as Ollyo Software Company. Today, Ollyo boasts over 70 employees, and has developed more than 230 software products with over 15 million downloads. 😲
We discuss his journey from being a textile engineering student to the owner of one of the most successful Bangladeshi software companies. We further talk about his hiring mantra, office culture and how he overcomes his challenges. 🥇

@@siyamsulphate When I started 3 years ago, I got 55k + bonus. Enosis pays 50k+, Samsung pays around 55k, Cefalo pays 60k+, Optimizely pays 70-80k. Therap pays 50k+. So a company of ollyo's size should pay more to their employees.

Bhaiya can you make the pathao food service part please 🙏🏻 badly need the idea . Most of the well known food delivery services are facing loss .
