Why is it illogical and why does that degrade the quality of the movie? Because it has magic? I've never heard anyone complain about infinity war or doctor strange being illogical yet when tamil movies try something, people are ready to be nitpicky. In India, many incidents happened in the past & even now, similar to the hospital scenes which was portrayed in the film.
Most people try to glorify only the greatness but this is the dark side many foreign people do not know.
7:58 is an deleted scene, He disappear and transformed to snake in the scene, TN censor team order them to cut the scenes, so thats random jump happened
But why cut that ???

Jaby u should have watched Thuppaki film with Thalapathy Vijay and Vidyut Jammwal..Its one of Vijay's best films ever..Mersal is not the perfect film for u,but still if u can keep the illogical,commercial things aside and watch,u may enjoy it..But I will strongly suggest u to watch Thuppakki.. Trust me it will be one of the best Indian film u would have watched..

This is the movie that made vijay into one of the biggest stars in India. Before this thalapathy movies would collect around 100 to 150 crores. But this is the first film which collected around 250 crores. And after that u know how vijay captured many new markets.
