I just learned about autokinesis. I've experienced the effect and it was really wild.

Rec pilots need to pick a CBO, then follow their rules. There's 3 or 4 now and all are slightly different in their FAA accepted rules. If you don't know what a CBO is Google "Drone CBO" Oh, you don't have to be an actual member. You only need to choose which set of rules you are following for that flight. So print out all the CBO rules, choose which rules will best suit you for your current flight, and tuck the others away. Yes this is actually how it works.

Yes, sort of. I'll repeat which I just wrote here:

Arguably, you can fly further at night, due to the easy identification with orientation lights & strobes, than you can on a bright day!

If Realtors without part 107 cert flying whatever they want even without LAANC Authorization in Class B airspace so they wont follow any rules at nights anyway 🤷‍♂️

Can I loan one of my drones to a friend? Mine are registered and I have loaned my Mini 3 Pro to a friend interested in getting into the hobby. IF, something were to happen, am I responsible while they are flying it?

Hi Mark, please fact check me but if memory serves, you may loan your drone to your friend IF the drone weighs less than 55g and he or she is not flying for commercial purposes (where a Part 107 would be necessary). If your friend flies your drone and accidentally damages property or hurt someone, I'm almost certain you're not liable since you're not the operator. I could be wrong, and I know there are others on this channel would would confirm things for you.
