Great stuff. First time I've seen a controller rehab video. Thank you!
Beast 1624 glad I could help. Thanks for watching.
What in the wide world of racing is going on with those boxes ❓❓ ... LOL.. Can't wait to find out
Kevin, you probably know but you can remove the resistance wire and rewrap it to whatever you like. I've done several old parma/russkits to 100 ohm range for mega g+. I even do the staggered wrap for supreme low speed control. Great vid! Get a Hakko fx888D soldering iron, worth its weight in gold!!!
Looks awesome! Cant wait to see the next video (or two??).
Thanks Kevin....
Gday from Down Under Australia
Hope you can help
Please can you tell me how to connect the 3 wires from the Pharma controller to a 6mm stereo guitar jack (GJ) and then i will use a 3.5mm adapter so i can use my Pharma controller on Scalextric sports track
I just need to know which wire goes to which connector on the 6mm GJ
Have a great day
Cheers
Cam Yates I'll get you the information. Thanks for watching.
I've found a soldering iron works better for me than the trigger operated gun.
Got to get me a good iron. Thanks Darrin.....You need to keep posting more Videos.......Love them...
I agree. Iron would work much better for doing this kind of stuff. I have a nice big 100 watt iron with a small soldering station with a dial so I can turn the heat way down for smaller stuff and have a few different tips for different jobs. Them big soldering guns are tough to use I think.
