      @@mcgamm hi, ang occupancy permit ay ini-issue ng lgu office of building official pag natapos na yung bahay, na sinunod mo yung building plan as basis ng pag issue ng building permit. Eto ang permit na ibig sabihin ay okay tirhan yung bahay. Eto rin yung kailangan para makabitan yung bahay ng electric at water connection

      Hello, sa amin, hindi na nila pinaki-alaman ang loob ng bahay. Ang talagang tinitingnan nila ay yung sa setback. May kasama kami dito sa subdivision na yung canopy nya sa second floor as lumagpas sa property line nya, nasa tapat na ng subdivision road, yun ang pinapatanggal, kaya hanggang ngayon wala pa sya ocvupancy permit

      Pag nag apply ka na ng occupancy permit, ang office of building official na ang mag sked ng inspection, lahat na ang iinspect. At pag na-issue na, yung occupancy permit ay isubmit sa electric coop at permanent na yung connection

      Yung violation ko na 3 dahil sa di ko sinunod yung setback ay P10T lahat. Sabihin na lang natin na tig 3,300 plus per violation. Sa pagpalit sa roofing, di ko alam kung mamumultahan ka dyan

    Sir sana mapansin. Nagpa qoute ako kasi magpapagawa sana ako ng multi unit apartment. Kailangan ko daw ng water sprinkler para sa fire code. Di po ba pwedeng fire extinguisher nlang?

      Hi, ung violation daw kasi ay setback sa may road, ung affidavit of undertaking ay in case daw na paluwangin ung kalsada ay papayag ung may ari ng bahay na bakbakin ung portion na yun ng bahay. Ang sabi ko naman ay nasa subdivision kami at wala ng road widening at kalinya lang naman nung naapproved na bakod, pero violation pa rin daw kasi yung nakalagay sa plano daw ay nakaurong sya, hindi nakalinya sa bakod. Nakakaloka na logic nila

      Baka malaki ang bahay na pinagawa nyo. Yung gagawa ng papers para sa electric connection kasi mahal din. At magbabayad din ng contractor nyo ng maglalakad kaya siguro umabot ng ganyan

      3.8M ginawa po nung june 2019 hangang ngayon d pa na tetrun over, epal po ung contractor, lagpas palgpas na yung contract na na brech na nga tapos may penalty pa sha sa Subdvsion, tapos lakas pa managa ng dokyu nayan

      Yung ibang docs, contractor talaga ang magprepare na walang bayad tulad sa sanitary at electrical kasi kasama naman yun sa scope of work tapos kayo na ang maglakad. Noong una, ako ang nagpaprocess pero nung may mga violations na sinasabi, kumuha na ako ng iba para magprocess kasi naha high blood na ako
