Basically about 45 laps in to the brazillian gp 1991,
He was 45secs ahead of 2nd place,
But then he got a gearbox problem and was stuck in 6th gear. He won by 1.5 secs

If you put one wheel on the inside kerb (past the white line) of the pit entry it gives you a warning for some reason, learnt that the hard way in a league race 😂

Yeah the pitlane entry also has limits on the white line, refer to Yuki Tsunoda getting multiple penalties in Austria (I believe it was 2023)

how to "pay" the penalty in the boxes? like in real life, like, you stay in the pit without touching the car and it counts for the penalty

It deducts it from your time if the gap to max was 5s he will be second
What you are talking about is a drive through penalty
