    These land development searches that you're doing are a great resource for RVers. Hope you keep up the good work!

    Thank you for showing properties that would otherwise not be discovered by non-residents. You show people what other property options are out there without them having to make that initial drive to go see it and allow a window into what other states have available. I like that you showed the surrounding town as well. Informative and scenic video.

    How often does that River flood? When was the last time it flooded?

    The white water or blue water as it's called looks like mud water. And yes, check for floods.

    Thanks for sharing! We wish we would have seen this before the sale, we definitely would have purchased one. We are looking at the property in Florida you shared, and even in Tennessee where you all purchased your property. These videos of these developments are a great resource!

    Tornado country and a river that could flood, I would have to rake that into consideration.

    • @TonyBenton0728
      @TonyBenton0728 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tornado’s are a threat in many places in the country ! Michigan just got hit with tornado’s the other day. And kinda doubt that the river is going to flood the place ; unless you know something the don’t know.

      @@TonyBenton0728 Well, so far this year, there have been 39 tornado's in AL. as compared to one in Michigan.

    • @TonyBenton0728
      @TonyBenton0728 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@022141able Yes there are more tornado’s in the southeast and Midwest. Just like more forest fires in the western states. Hurricane’s along the gulf coast. Big snow storm in the northern states, Nor’easter in the northeast.There are always some kind of weather threat no matter where you live. Just depends on what you want to deal with.

      It's a campsite. Not a problem unless you build something expensive on it. It'll drain off.

    if I came down to my spot with tent for weekend, and next door Neighbor is having a house built, all I would hear is construction sounds, and no river, no birds, no wildlife roaming by, because of man's footprint once again! No thanks!

    As fellow RV enthusiasts, it would be more helpful to see an objective review rather than just repeat and repackage the developers sales information. You missed an opportunity and frankly, you lose credibility when you only share the positives.
