Hey guys! Love your content. Best info about RV’ing on TH-cam. I am developing 42 one acre RV spots in Tombstone, AZ. Will start selling in March ‘25. Power and water in on paved roads. “Silver Hills Estates. You are exactly right, your own “dirt” is where it’s at, without high taxes and HOA’s!😁 After 6 years of full timing, that’s what I was looking for, but not just a ‘lot’ in a RV “tract” development! Keep putting out your great information!
We are a sailing family of 5 living and traveling fulltime time on our boat for over 3 years. Our family loves this nomadic lifestyle as we've sailed thousands of mile and visited multiple countries. We love sailing but have considered trading the boat for an RV. We have a lot of fears for what the future of RVing might hold for our family. We hear of over crowded RV parks, the "10 year rule" would make things very difficult for us. We appreciate your program and find your channel informative.
One dealer told me that 2024 the market had normalized. Lower used prices may help some people pick up a good bargain, that's how I got RV in 2019, before everything went crazy.
Dynamic pricing should be called what it is: price gouging. If it gets too out of hand, we should contact the AG in the states where this is happening. Maybe a letter drafted for each state. Arizona state parks are in generally great shape, though recently we only had 20psi water pressure so maybe that will need an update. I don't stay at RV parks unless its my only choice.
I have been paying $70 bucks a night for a few years now. I hardly ever plan a trip, maybe the destination. I’m keeping my camper as I’m too old to get more debt. I’m planning on going to Alaska next year
I do have a concern of the used market for resale or insurance value. Part of it is the crazy frame flex problem. That is causing dealers not to take certain RVs in trade. It also devalues certain brands or models. Great information as always in your posts.
I hope that road work in Birmingham Alabama, on I 65 is the stretch out of south end of the city. It is the worst stretch of road, considering it is an interstate, I have ever driven. Towing my trailer I had to drive no faster than 40 mph to keep my fifth wheel under control.
I live 20 minutes from Kalamazoo. It surprised me when I saw that come up in your video. I just bought a little motorcycle camper. The brand I wanted was so hard to find used that I ended up just taking the plunge and buying a new one. Guess I’ll really have to take note of road construction and road condition news. Thank you for the info on the campgrounds. Oh, and where can that snowbird list to be found? She said the general discussion but I guess I don’t know where that would be.
I have a concern the new administration will kill all the infrastructure improvements leaving many of this country’s roads in deplorable and unnavigable condition.
somebody needs to give lippert a run for there money! RVers have more problems with there stuff because quality and or design is terrible! maybe that will start in 2025 or 2026...I hope!!

I don’t believe inflation is the cause of increased camping fees. I believe it’s just greed.
