Lover of the old Game (Version 2014!): Will certainly back it, but a few things: 1) is the board smaller or bigger? The tiles fitted on the board itself (old version) 2) a more optical thing: does the prints finally fit on the tiles? On the old version there where (regular) off by a few millimetres 3) Similar question as number 1, scoring track. The disk is nice, but on the old version it is also included on the board (saves lot of space) 4) love the ships, tokens and sleds. 5) board got a makeover... 6) nice pouch (like on the old version) 7) can't wait for the extension..hope something like "cracking ice" / Tunbaaq etc to add a bit more spice
We never played the old version so it’s hard to compare! I’ll nudge the good folks over at Maple Games to get back to you though :) Thank you for watching!
@@kovray the "old version" is the same (so far what I saw from the game play). Expect the tokens are cardboard and the point tracking & tiles keeping are integrated in the board itself (next to the optical refresh of the board). You can see it a few other YT videos or play it (for free) at Boardgamearena. > There you can find me too playing it ))
Do you have any questions? We would be happy to help!
I love your videos! Your personalities really shine through :)
That’s really kind of you to say thank you!

Hi, any info or idea when the Kickstarter will get launched? First quarter means Jan-April...
I don’t know the specific date but will post here when I do!
A very Canadian story.
Maple Games actually specializes in Canadian games with Canadian Designers!
@@kovrayWith a name like "Maple," I shoulda seen that coming!
