( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

I think Del Sol Valley needs a good restaurant since so many actors/actresses work there when starting off lol

Yesss, I love this idea! Also celebrieties are probably the type of people who eat at restaurants on daily basis, so some chic restaurant would be perfect for Del Sol Valley

I want functioning grocery stores in the sims 4 so bad! I feel like it is so easy after a while to get money in the game, and it would be cool if we needed to buy ingredients to get certain recipes, even if it was just a rabbit hole and we got to select from a menu like in the sims 3. I doubt it is coming, but I think it would be fun!
I agree! I really miss buying ingredients, I caught myself looking for a grocery store in game the other day and realized that’s a sims 3 feature.
Check out srsly sims cooking overhaul! She’s built a completely functional supermarket to go with her mod. I honestly hate playing without that mod

Another way to make “multi propose” lots is to use the retail system!! Use one single lot to be an electronic shop, book shop, bakery etc. And the best part is that it will be 100% funcional!! So your sims can go shopping for furniture, buy some clothes and then relax for a bit at the bakery without a loading screen!
Definitely stealing these ideas for my own save world!! 💙
they should add into magnolia prominade and make it so sims can shop for stuff like irl

@@fashionangel7169 Magnolia Promenade is actually an extension of Willow Creek, but Newcrest is also kinda an extension of Willow Creek as well!

This is so cute. I agree with you that the world is way too small. I wish we had beachfront lots and apartments there.
Apartments yes, beachfront I don’t agree with. This is supposed to be like central and northeast LA (it looks like the areas between Hollywood and Eagle Rock), maybe even a bit East Los, so there isn’t any beach.
It's builds like these that made me vote up the shopping mall idea so high- deep gameplay without loading screens based on the creativity of the community. Great job

Love it! I've always love watching other people building supermarkets or shops.
I would love multifunctional lots in sims4, like shopping centers where this all works at the same time AND townhomes that are on the same lot being treated as separate “apartments” or units so you can move in sims to individual townhomes with separate gameplay though instead of the chaos of 4 townhomes and them all in each other’s houses
What I do is have at least four houses on one lot and I click the “lock for certain sim” and lock everyone who lives in the lot except the homeowner so no one can get it there except the owner, So I mean you can sorta do that but it

@simlicy is the perfect person to create a mall with a combo of community lots like gim, shops, groceries, cafes, everythimg

This is the build I’ve been waiting so long for!! I’m sooo excited to add this to my game. You are by far my favorite builder. I’ve been adding all your builds into my game and creating families for all the homes world by world. It’s been taking me so long but I’ve had so much fun doing it! I love going through and creating families based on the decor and ideas you come up with for them! I know you have a save file and I plan on downloading it in the future once I have every single pack!! ❤️

I loved this build!!! my one 'thing' is that the registers in the grocery store are closer to the back of the store than the front so technically the sims would have to walk past the registers to put their groceries on the 'conveyor belt'

Love these builds, I'm definitely gonna have to download it! In california too, but northern. At least in my county, everything is still pretty much shut down. There are things supposedly opening back up next weekend, but with how it has been going so far, they're probably gonna extend it again as long as they can. I think the thing I miss most is going to the movies. I'm a Disney nerd, so I was looking forward to seeing Mulan and what they changed in the remake. I also miss being able to go and sit down and restaurants instead of just takeout. I just miss the environment of them.

@@NeethanOMG, no, this isn't true, because they both have an own unique style to build and decorate their creations. And therefore neither of them is better than the other. They both have their wonderful unique style to build their creations, and that's nothing less, than an awsome thing. And that's why I like them both in a same way. So because of their uniqueness you can't compare them at all.

I kinda had an Idea, perhaps you could build a movie theatre in Del sol valley! It would be kinda funny to watch the celebrities go to the movie theatre and watch there own movies😂 you could even make a sim, who is super into themselves and goes to the movie theatre all the time to watch there own movies.😁 good job on this build I hope one day I’ll be able to build like you!

Del Sol Valley definitely feels strange without a restaurant! And I agree that there should've been a Santa Monica district. It's too bad because Del Sol does have some cool things in it, like Mirage Park being a genuinely rundown neighbourhood which we still don't have much of yet. All those fake houses taunting me there are so bad though lol

This is absolutely amazing Dawn! This is a perfect community lot. I know they take you a long time to make but you always come up with the perfect kinds. They really need to allow us to have multi-funtional lot types. it would be so beneficial and make game play more fun. love you
I absolutely love this! Yes I wish EA gave us a grocery store and home delivery like TS2. For the food to restock it has to all be set for sale and the lot has to be a retail lot, so I hope you’ll make a dedicated grocery store in your save. Looking forward to the next update. Also hope you’ll replace all the toy cars with debug cars 🚗 in the save.

In my town there are things like cafes and there's a bike shop open and a bit more but still not alot most of my town is still in the red zone but some is in the yellow zone. I love your videos because they help me figure out how can make my save different and I also love the builds.

I can't wait to play in this ❤️ I think I want my sim to own this as a retail lot and another household member could tend the barista bar. Srsly sims has a cooking over haul mod for groceries and you could use littlemssams lot entrance fee and sims could pay to come here like they have a gym membership. I'm so excited 😁

Loved this build (as always!)❤️ In Scotland we’re still in total lockdown with only essential stores open, not sure how much longer that will go on for. I’m meant to be coming to California on vacation for the first time in September and I’m really hoping everything will be back to normal by then!!

The groserystore made me so happy 💟 and the delicounter made me so emotional. I work in a "mega market" at the deli part and seeing that little tribute to that just made me feel so good for some reason 😂🙈

This is so cool. I love how you cluttered every store its going to take a lot of hours for me hahaha. And sometimes when i use Alt key when i move objects it doesnt work even when i already put a cheat "bb.moveobjects".

I'm in lousiana I see a few things opening up but not really if they are open they counting how many people going in and having people standing outside 6 feet apart.... I miss the nail shop that's all lol I just worked none stop before this so the vacations has been amazing and I'm a introvert so staying at home was a gift!!!!
