Thx a lot the way you xplained was really awsome. By this way i also understood the importance to draw a band diagram Be well

4:00 we are taking 1 diffusion length into consideration as well because (diffusion length is avg distance an excited carrier travels before recombining) and I have so far assumed that carriers are formed only in the depletion region (as excited carriers in the neutral region are recombined). But it can be assumed that the excess carries formed in that diffusion length of the neutral region can also contribute to current (like e- reaches depletion region by diffusion before recombining).

Does this technique apply to bifacial solar cells as well?

Very good explanation...... Thanks for your video. Which IV parameters (jsc or Rs or Rsh?) of the solar cell device will be affected due to the presence of SRV?

Just curious. I'm new in solar cells. If I'm wrong, please correct me.
Are the dotted lines at 2:00 and 6:00 fermi level? It seems the materials in the video are illuminated, and they still have constant fermi level across the materials. I thought under illumination, fermi level should not be constant through the junction anymore. Am I misunderstanding something? Thanks!

I have a question. Is AlOx considered as fixed charge layer or BSF layer?
