There is nothing, but the apparent experience of life.
The person (me) is just a thought that comes and goes.
Only that thought is believed to be real and therefore has control over what seems to be happening.
That's the misunderstanding, which is responsible for most of psychological suffering.
There is No One.
Experiences, feelings, emotions, are appearances that happen spontaneously, to No One.
All there is, is no-thing, appearing as everything.
This is unmissable
This is beyond understanding.
The misunderstanding, is that there is something to understand.
I share about Non Duality, or what is referred to as Enlightenment, Spiritual Awakening.
Which is all a myth.
As there is already everything, and this is already unmissable, to already No One.

Why are you enlightened and I am still seeking?
Answer: At some point in the seeking process, I stopped believing there was a separate self. I completely renounced that idea. So all attempts to “get enlightened” or “realize no-self” disappeared. I treated the experience of separation as completely illusory, so did not try to move away from it anymore or "fix" it. And not long after, Liberation happened.
You, in contrary, say you don’t believe there is a self, yet your behavior says you do. You do sometimes believe there is a self, and that is when you try practices, mind strategies and methods to attempt to realize no-self. So if you believe there is no self, why would you need to do anything to realize there is no self?
Do you need to do anything to realize rain makes you wet? No, because you are already convinced that it is wet.
So, when you are convinced there is no self, even the “experience of separation, the contracted energy, a bad mood, an unacceptable emotion, tiredness, frustration, loneliness, tension, anxiety, etc.” can’t make you doubt believing there is no self.
Because all of the above happens without a self already, since it’s an illusion.
So, you sometimes treat the illusion as real, and sometimes you don’t. Therefore you have moments where you feel free and moments when you don’t. Then you complain to yourself that the final Enlightenment has not happened yet.
Why would liberation happen to a body-mind organism that is not absolutely sure about the reality that there is no separation already and every emotional state is included in that reality?

There’s no mindset to switch in and out of. There’s no mindset as such. There’s no someone to own a mindset and exercise choice over apparent thoughts. ‘someone’ is a thought. Apparently.

Reading Rupert Spira's book... The transparency of things and it explains it very well. I"m trying to work out "who gets to get enlightened?" Most enlightened people were searchers who were in great pain before... the pain of life was the fuel that made them search and in searching they figured out how to break the veil (illusion)... As such, I'm reading and meditating hard :) I don't want to become a monk... Just want to see the truth of my essence. Thanks for responding to my comments... do you think you can help me see the truth of my being?
Hey Rich, a glimpse is but an apparent clear seeing of nothing for no one, then ‘someone’ apparently comes back and wants it back, wants to get it. This message is not a teaching like Rupert Spira and so many other teachers. This character Maxx has nothing to offer, is not special. Enlightenment,is but a story of specialness, an idea. All there is, is what’s apparently happening. This seemingly happens without any awareness or consciousness, these are apparent experiences for an individual experienced to be real. You're right, it's not very helpful. It's like listening to someone tripping on acid - they're seeing something I am not, and what makes sense to them is gibberish to me. Interesting, though. 🙂
No one is seeing anything. This is just a description of what is. Nothing makes sense. But there is no mystery anymore. Impossible to put in words. All there is is what appears.
Why share anything about non-duality at all? If there is nothing to grasp from it, why do it? Is it just for the sake of sharing and nothing else? Because from all these non-duality videos and explanations I've watched, you all say that there is nothing to grasp, it cannot be understood etc etc, so what are you posting non-duality explanation videos and offering 1on1 sessions for? Will these ever help the seekers? Just curious, thanks for the video! 😊

No reason, literally for No sake. Just expressing the inexpressible which doesn’t make sense and is never grasped. One to ones have no agenda, nothing on offer. Watching the videos, or speaking, or breathing, can be apparently realised that nothing is to be grasped, everything is unknown and unknowable. In that way the seeking stops. It never started. Liberation is a story that doesn’t happen ❤️ and is not caused by anything, not even breathing.
it is profitable (in terms of money and renown) to profit from the dharma. It is a phase. Some will think of themselves as "bodhisattva', but that is yet another ego illusion built on the ruins of another -- the belief that one has delayed nirvana to empty every hell or to 'liberate' every mind. but also teaching is the best form of learning. the tao te ching is useful to realize the pervasive nature of seeming contradiction. some will not accept the illusion unless every speck of dust if blown off of the Immaculate Mirror, but even that is yet another illusion.

I think it helps to have someone there to point out holes in your 'story' until you realise the absurdity...
Before there was no one there not having an experience and having nothing to offer (did the you who doesn't exist, study Advaita Vedanta and meditate?)
There never was anyone. Meditation, spiritual retreats, psychotherapies, spiritual masters, a myriad of attempts were seemingly tried by an apparent someone that thought had a choice, a hope to get somewhere and be enlightened, be free. None of that ever led anywhere. None of that ever happened. No one realised anything. This is it and it was seen simultaneously by no one that this was always it. ❤️
@@MaxxVerhamme The guy who doesn't exist but who isn't writing this hasn't noticed that other non existing characters also seemed to have done a bunch of retreats, meditations... seems like many non existing entities tried really hard (althoguh no one was trying hard) and then apparently nothing happened althoguh it did but didn't actaully ;)
