The moments of struggle are not filmed :-) 1:04: how do you screw it loose? I already have to check another video before coming back to this one ;-) the rest of the video is crystal clear, thanks!
Very informative and concise video. Made it look very easy even for a complete novice like me. Can't wait to get cycling, only downside is the sport seems really expensive compared to running ahaha
Hello, I have a question, how do I know how long my original thru-axle is (I have a Pinarello, and it seems to me that it is 152 mm, in that case, what adaptation should I use?)
Do you have a video how to put on a 12 speed cassette, because I can’t find a instruction anywhere. All I read is that it fits but I haven’t been able to do it 😢. A video how to do it would be so helpful and I would be so grateful.
How do you tell the app the weight of your bike or can't you do that? I can't find any way to set the bike weight or "pretend" bike weight. Is it all part of the weight where it's next to your height? Should I just add 20lb to that to compensate for the bike weight?
Thanks for the video! In practice do you use the same bike for the kickr and riding outdoors or do you have a 2nd bike for riding outdoors to save install / uninstall time?
8 or 9 speed. No one advises what to do and what size spacer is required for a 8 and 9 speed cassette. The first person who does or who replies I’ll follow.
The part I struggle with is just rushed through in all the videos... attatching the actual bike to the trainer
Great video. Had this up whilst setting up mine. Thank you!
Thank you very much! Glad it helped.
THANK YOU!!! I was ready to toss mine out the window until I saw your video!
Watched this video plenty of times - much appreciated!

Happy to hear! Don't let the rain get you down :)
Thank you for your great video. What about 12 speed bike 11-34 T cassette. Do you follow the same procedure as 11 speed cassette? Many thanks indeed .
Hello , great video and easy explanation. One question, my old bike as a 10V k7 , if i dont put the spacer is bad?? THX

It is :(
The offset of that is Cycling is far more sustainable into old age than running will ever be.

Same bike for kickr and outdoors. It gets quicker the more often you do it!

What happens if you lose the dis breaker stop that comes with it
Find your local bike store, and ask for one… they get 2 with every new bike with discs
