This is great! I teach percussion at a high school and this is not as bad as everyone in the comments says. I can see you guys are having a fun time, and the potential for greatness is there. Keep playing percussion!
I play these and I can play about this speed, I’m 12 in middle school concert band and I got a position in a concert Tom solo. If you could, could you go to my page and tell me what these notes are on my sheet music?
As a tenor player I think the tenor did a great job, especially on the jig 2 solo even if it was slowish no ticks there's some tenors players andy band and you can play it better than them easily. 👍
This is really good! I know how difficult things are with the harness so I get why it there’s a few kinks to work out, but other than that this is really good!
As a bass drum and tenors player i can say the bass part is VERY easy a kindergartner could do it. The tenors part is very very hard especially with the harness on!
i wish i could do this 😭 i’m in pit and the lead cymbal player (in stands) and i just do high hats and scream the entire time while literally every other percussionist (more or less) plays the tenor solo
The snare drum player is playing way wrong he’s only doing accents he needs to play softer and when the accents come then he should play loud but it’s only one he needs practice
@@Bazooka10155Keep your stick height the same, make sure your playing in your playing zones, try not to hit the rims and keep tempo bc i notice at the tenor solo it slowed down and sped up and then the cadence got back to tempo but other than that, great job
Tenor tensed up too much, snare had an easier piece and still did awful. The snare wasn't even using correct fulcrum, and I'm not sure if the bass even knew what was going on.
Bass was good, tenors were a bit sloppy but that’s fine because you are playing with a harness. I’m sorry but the nicest way I can put this is that the snare is horrendous. Like, work on your tempo dude. P.S. I think your tenors might be a little high
@@rileyreed7690 heyo you're doing fine man. If you want some constructive criticism let me know but this is TH-cam and I don't know If you care. Just keep having fun my guy
@@bttstratosphere4927 if you are actually in the band you will know that the drums are heavy. It really hard to play fast parts in a quad with a harness on most why people don’t use harnesses when playing jig 2 it’s too complicated
@@bttstratosphere4927 Some people do wear harnesses tho while playing but that simple because they have positioned their drum and adjusted their harness to put the drum down and farther after from you some drums even have distance extensions.

@@P27301 hey
here come the youtube drum techs
This is the exact size of the highschool drumline i played bass drum for. three is a rough number but yall made it work! great job!
Hey not bad. Especially for a line of just 3 people, you guys blended really well together.
hi
I can feel the pain from that snare harness..
This is really good, don’t listen to negative comments because you guys are doing amazing
Thanks -snare
As emc once said it's not complete without a group of highschoolers cheering
The Bros keep grinding real talk y'all sound good if y'all had a line line yall straight
snare drummer had fun with the arms
Work on tempo and accents. Good job 👏
The flyaway pinky. The classics.

Guy was pounding that bass real good. Needs to keep the heads facing forward though for consistent sound.
can someone teach the snare trad grip and stick heights 😭😭
as much as i agree with you, they're having fun!!! leave them alone 😭
@@adastrapghIf they post this they’re getting feedback 😭💀🙏
@@EnviroBen except a lot of the comments giving “feedback” is straight up hate and not constructive
Actually being a elementary school kid knowing how to do jig 2 is very crazy
Snare drum player really said “only arms”
As a bassist myself, it was alr but kid kept moving/looking around
So? You can't look around while playing? In my band we're actively encouraged to move while playing. When we don't the band director will question us.
@@lcope2004 it doesn't look very professional at competitions
@@FlameyFiredog ...my band has been marked off for not moving while playing before.
@@FlameyFiredog but thanks, now I get to watch this again
people are hating on the solo being slow but people in the stands don’t really care as long as it’s not extremely slow
I want that quad a lot goes well, my neck, my new ones, the blue one and the red one and the right
When the only good one is the bass drum
Bruh it’s hard to play with the harness on
thanks man
@@Bazooka10155 I think the drums are a bit high up

I ❤ percussion in fact I. In band I’m gonna play some of this
Everyone slows down at the Mary had a little lamb part lol-
That's how is written in the music duh
That solo was awesome! Barely hitting any rims!
Lmaooo I was goin slow tho
TH-cam: let's recommend this after 2 years!
Snare is pissing me off rn 😂
Shut up
this is literally me and two of the other people on my schools drumline basically non stop.
This is too underrated
Can you do Basses Away and hot pepper cheese cadence
Bass definitely practices
This song we do this for pep ralley
Dude I wish you guys were in my Drumline🔥🔥🔥
The snare was a bit off but y'all did amazing
Snare be using all arms 💀
That snare was not a little bit off 😭
Where is the trodicinal grip?
not bad :)
Snares kinda ignoring the accents and some written notes.
Tenor has no problems, just the 1st groove had a bit of rim ticks.
Fun fact: you only need three people to pull off jig 2
Cymbal players: *crying in the corner*
I really want to do this in highschool but I’m a choir kind of kid so I’ll see 😅
What music is cold dat
Ah…… music to my ears
I love this
Try not to use so much arm on the tenor solo, it’s easier to play faster and cleaner if you use more wrist
Thankyou I knew I was doin something wrong on that part cause it feels kinda slow
what is that snare technique😅
i dont think the snare guy played the part 100% right, still pretty gud, keep it up
He didn’t. He forgot to play the accents and some triplets but it’s ok. They overall did a good job
Mary had a little lamb?
I want that drum the quads that drum now drum
i wish i could do this 😭 i’m in pit and the lead cymbal player (in stands) and i just do high hats and scream the entire time while literally every other percussionist (more or less) plays the tenor
solo
hi hat* also just try harder bru
Over Christmas
the bass drum has now sound😂
This is great, ngl. However, I feel that their harnesses are too low.
What is that tenor solo😂
A little dirty tbh, but still good!
Nice!
60% quad
30%snare
10%bass
Your snare looks a bit lost
Pt 3 when???
The snare player doesn't know what wrists are, does he?
Deja de criticar
@NoelMoya it's criticism that will only ever make him a better snare player
👍
São como as bandas dos desfiles cívicos do Brasil só que menor✨
Les get it Samuel!
nah this jig 2.5
Beautiful😍😍😍
Jig2
nice!
fix the snares grip
Y’all cold
he hit the rim a few times
amazing
Mr. Snare needs to chill and needs to learn triplets haha
Nothing like the battle pass
I would say this is jig 1 there is improving to do
OFFTIME RAHHHHH
Snare watch the way you play. Use your wrist and not your arms
The snare drum player is playing way wrong he’s only doing accents he needs to play softer and when the accents come then he should play loud but it’s only one he needs practice
The drumming kid on the left wasn't doing it right.
Lower the tenor harness and it'll be easier
Im not trying to criticize you but i just have a few improvement ideas
Give me some sugar
