Wow...this is the first I have heard about using QR codes in the classroom. I could be wrong, but this seems like a very new, high tech approach to teaching: I'm highly impressed. You seem like a really good, organized, committed, high tech, and engaging teacher...so I think it's safe to say your students are lucky to have you. Great work and great informative video!

Hello! Thank you so much for the info, explanation, examples, usage and tips. I too have wondered what all the hype and functionality of QR codes were and now I see it is the perfect way to engage and empower students, inform parents easily AND this method can also connect the child to their parents as well. Such a full and incorporating circle of success!

Thank you so much!! I am praying that hearing my voice before school begins on my parent letter will ease the minds of my students. Anything to make them less anxious!! It worked like a charm!

After watching your video last week, I researched myself and created QR codes of my kids reading their wax museum scripts in their costumes. We will share at p/t conferences. Thanks for all the great ideas. I'm a little proud that I figured it out myself. I enjoy your videos!

This was very helpful! I had just asked several of the younger more techy teachers for help with this. So, thank you.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I'll admit, I was one of those scared individuals who had no idea what QR Codes were. Now I am enjoying making them, and hope to get as much use as I can out of them.

I have been using QR codes to basically create quest/video game themed series of assignments and instant worksheets. I absolutely love it, it allows me to have a tool kit that I can drop into any situation and generate data. For example, "Quick Write" is reusable assignment that is on a QR code class set that I can just grab and distribute and -boom- it's started! Loved your video, got some great ideas. Thanks a bunch

I promise QR codes are not out of style! I'm only 16 (junior in high school prospective teacher) and I had no idea how to use them because they are pretty new to me. Thank you for this video even though QR codes will probably be out of date by the time I'm a teacher, by at least now I can use them for school!! Also just a little thing I would love for you to do would be to kind of give some tips for students who are getting ready to be majoring in education like I said I'm a junior and college is right around the corner!! 😱😱😱😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

Thank you for your video. I always wanted to know how to use it in my class. You mentioned in your video about Google accounts. Google provides unlimited storage to all school district accounts. So, if you are not sure check with your district. We all have Google accounts, and so do all of our students.

Hello there! I'm a new sub, and I've watched most all of your videos now 😩 I was curious if you've ever worked with younger children? I found out today that I got a job as a preschool teacher (2~3 year old class) before moving up to pre-K and K, and I was wondering if you had any tips?
There's lots of videos for Pre-K and K, not so many for preschool 😩
    Thanks!!
