Damage%/Boss% is very inflating for combat power because it interprets 1% boss = 1% final all of the time and does not factor in diminishing returns of more damage% total you have the worse the stat becomes and just thinks you are always at 0% damage% total.
BAs are the worst way to showcase damage, no matter how long you have the BA to be it still only showcases burst damage since dummies cannot move or attack back, and culvert boss barely attacks back so he functions as a test dummy.

BA's don't represent your damage in an actual boss, but I does indicate how strong you are compared to others or your previous self. I do think they hold value in that regard.

@@clums8389 Culvert measures your own personal progression every week since it is based on that character's damage on that job.
But those with low burst/culvert scores probably are either supports, have high sustain damage, or both.
