I visited San Diego back in February 2020 before COVID-19 shutdown. Tbh, this city is way way way more beautiful, peaceful & safer than LA or SFO, makes me thinking one day I will move & live in SD near Monterey haha 😜 Thanks for the video & Happy New Year to Jan & Ann ❤

You guys need to go back, there’s more awesome places to see: little Italy, coronado island, balboa park, sd zoo, uss midway, Point Loma etc, etc.
Unfortunately we only had a day to explore but we will forsure go back in the near future to explore some more. We loved San Diego so much!

You both should check out Monterey Ca. It’s home of the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Big Sur, Bixby Bridge, Carmel by the Sea, Agricultural plants found in your salad, Sea Lions, Cannary Row, whale watching, Point Lobos, etc
San Jose and San Francisco are not too far away too.

Next time you come back to sunny SD, check out Seaport Village…it’s pretty nice there too, has a lot of restaurants and shops, and has the USS Midway Aircraft carrier museum…and it’s also right across Naval Air Station Coronado, so during different times of the year you will see real live in service Aircraft Carriers moored along the piers.
Also Mt Soledad in La Jolla or Cabrillo National monument in Pt Loma for nice Vista points.

San Diego is one of my favourite places to visit. My brother & I stayed at my uncle's place in 2017. We went to La Jolla Cove, USS Midway Museum & National City. 🙂

If you're still in San Diego, be sure to go to Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve and walk the Guy Fleming Trail. It's short but has incredible views; it is a must!! Golden hour is particularly special. I would recommend driving south on N Torrey Pines Road to get to the reserve for the most beautiful stretch of road. The other trails there are also great, and the visitor's center is fun to check out as well.
We were supposed to go there for sunset instead of sunset cliff :( but we ran out of time 😅

In March of 2022, my family and I drove to San Diego from Los Angeles for the 1st time and the drive is good, 2 and a half to 3 hours by traffic and it's good, awesome, but little boring and sadly, I miss out going to Ja Holla cove, mission beach, Belmont park and sunset cliff because it's too far. Hope to revisit San Diego in the spring to visit Ja Holla cove, Belmont park and sunset cliff.
You forgot to visit the starbeard and best sisig in Mira mesa. Lol
Hopefully we get to visit next time! We unfortunately didnt have enough time 😅

3:35, Your there last November and the weather is a little hot? When I went to San Diego in March of 2022, it's 18 degrees Celsius and it's cool.
It was just hot during lunch time around 18 celcius but got cooler at around 5pm :)
You mean the temperature outside is 25 degrees Celsius and your hot or your body is warm?

Welcome to my hometown for the last 20 years guys. If you're still around and haven't tried Rubios Baja grill. They have the best salsas, best steak and fish tacos. Must try the green, mild red and chipotle salsa. Trust me on this one. Never understood the hype or been a fan of Tacos El Gordo, it's bland in comparison to Rubios if I'm being perfectly honest. Nice video guys, enjoy and safe travels.

You did not just recommend Rubios over Tacos El Gordo 😮. Rubios is ok for fish tacos but that’s about it. Nothing special about Rubios
@@Tloc103 I did and for me not even close. It's a matter of personal taste of course but Tacos El Gordo is afraid to season or sauce anything. To reduce cost? Idk but most bland basic ingredients lacking any decent sauce to flavor anything even. Crazy to me people like this stuff but I'm sure they grew up on it or similar so they like that familiarity.
