I would like to make a suggestions, instead of using paper use 1/2 inch styrofoam sheets for the cone … much more sturdy and won’t flex like the paper cone, you can use the construction adhesive to glue together the the styrofoam pieces … you can cut them to be wide at the outside diameter of the cone and skinny near the voicecoil like a petals of a flower, guaranteed to sound better and be stronger I would love to see you make one with foam and do a comparison in sound. You won't get good bass with just a hole, you need a port
