CAPCUT TUTORIAL:
1) record video
2)import it as an ‘overlay’
3) click on the video
4) click splice
5) tap on the one that says ‘overlay’

U can
U go to stock videos and the white screen drag it through the whole video
Press splice and press overlay
Then get the effect colour negative and press object and press overlay 😃

Hey guys if ur wondering if u maybe wanna do a reverse edit with the rainbow overlay you have to:
1: cut the clip to where you want it to reverse
2: delete second clip
3: copy first clip
4: reverse the second clip (there should be a reverse button)
5: get the overlay
6: trim it
7: go to splice
8: press overlay
9: you can lower the opacity to maybe 50
10 final results
