I think that for the hd effect you need to adjust the overlay by feeling. because each video has its own colorizer. I tried it now too and it turned out badly, but then I lowered the transparency of the overlay and everything became normal, while the quality seemed to have really improved. and of course, it is impossible to improve the quality of the original video if it is initially low quality
the overlay must be the burn effect which is in the blend then adjust it to 30 that is why the hd effect in this vid is darker since they did 71☠️ plus the overlay white stock was for more brighter effect but that is optional

on the graphs both sides should read 255,0 and 0,255 i tried that from a different tut and it worked alot better
