Wow, what a beautiful house! I love the selection of mirrors and lights. The appearance of this house is magnificent and has lots of added details that add to its character. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how well this trim job has been executed. I have examined much of the crown and base frame-by-frame and have realized that all the seams are perfect and line up evenly, which is difficult to do. The staircase is impressive. Very well done! Love this builder, please show more houses by them! Thanks Tim!
Timothy?? This house is a masterpiece!! What a layout that it has!! The Kitchen is to die for, From The Living to The Dining Room is exceptional. The Laundry Room and The Bedrooms and The Bathrooms are very versatile!! Also, The Upstairs, The Basement and even The Garage is beautiful. Thank You for sharing this with us.
This is wonderful! I love the area that leads into the pantry. I'd enlarge the sink, add a dishwasher, and eliminate the sink and dishwasher in the island.
❤❤❤❤❤ This is a Beautiful Home, lots of space and storage. You can do a Lot of different things in this beauty, endless possibilities. I can see lots of entertaining/parties. All the bedrooms are generous. That kitchen island is hugh, I would use it as a buffet. You can place a gigantic table in the dinning area. Tfs
I would put sheet pans in those smaller cabinets on either side of the stove. I live in NC and had to look up where this town is since I’ve never heard of it. Definitely think staging makes a big impact on viewing homes, but it’s still nice.
They should invert that hall tree to the long side of that area. It's wasted space hallway to nowhere. That upstairs and then stepdown area could almost be a seperate apartment. This home could be setup as a multi-generarional home with just a few tweaks.
It’s a No ! Too many “ I don’t know what this room could be use for ?. Staging this home should have a must for ideas. I would make those long upstairs rooms bedrooms with lux furnishings throughout.
Love the floors & built-ins. Like the wood color in kitchen. Don't like insecure front door. Too much glass for this day & age. Porch not screened in for that money? Small master for the money? I'm not sure about this floor plan. Not a million dollar home in my opinion. Lot of wasted space upstairs.
The fireplace being on the ground without a hearth!!!!! And alot of wasted space. I just don't see what akes this home worth a million except being oversized.
Normally id agree but anyone who can afford this house would probably do a lot of entertaining and the space, especially on the ground floor, is perfect for a crowd of guests .
You're right. That space in front of the island is very awkward. I thought at first maybe they intended to have a HUGE table to accommodate 12-16 people but the placement of the hanging light on the one end says otherwise. You'd put your table centered under that light and then that space in front of the island would just be open and bare. It would look awkward. I'm curious what the builder was thinking people would use that space for. Even Tim was unsure how it would be used as he said he thought maybe it would be used as another sitting area. I think he has the right idea but the secondary sitting area should be in that far corner and the dining area would be in front of the island. It's really that hanging light fixture location that's making the space feel off.
@@plasmac9I’m sure the builder had an idea in mind. It’s weird for sure. They could have made a sitting area near the window and put the table further out. People looking to have an extra large table for holidays (seating 14 or so) would just have to ask the builder to put the light fixture where they want it, further out in the room. It’s a simple fix but it still leaves everybody like 🤷🏻♀️ because the house isn’t staged.
Normally id agree but anyone who can afford this house would probably do a lot of entertaining and the space, especially on the ground floor, is perfect for a crowd of guests, I purchased two Malibu homes for $33 million. My kids enjoy hosting parties, and it's ideal for real estate businesses.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place.
Love this house!
Un Subscribed . I'm done with this channel. I can go on the MLS service online and see homes real people can't afford.
You realize you responded to a random person and not the person who made the video? You got some hate in your heart brother. @@XBootlicker

Epic layout and design.
I would use the last room you toured for a bedroom, I have 4 kids and 20 grandchildren
Ooooooo you could totally do a kids dorm room with bunk, beds and couches!
@@WaiferThyme that would be awesome
Another great layout. I love the use of space except for the space by garage. Otherwise another beautiful home
That last room could be my library or you could set up a really cool train and village layout. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊😊😊

I think you mean both sides, not either side. Jut saying. Beautiful home.

I like the ground floor. Kind of tired of all these gigantic houses though
Finally a brick home
The echo is crazy in this one😂 I would have a great time

For size of the house, not impressed by it's kitchen layout or space I truly had better kitchen in my modest 1300sqft house.
Sorry Tim but a lot of wasted space

Not a good use of space
Very strange layout. I didn't like it.

How did you grow your money to $33m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum i don"t want to leave it in the bank, whats your cash flow like?
I have a financial advisor (trader) she grows my liquid assets, and I reinvest the weekly payouts back into real estate.
Great move, please can you share her with me, or maybe her name so I could search for her online, thanks
Cathy Jemar Carlone look her up.
