    To be fair, I've nothing but respect for Rob's Jui-jitsu and Teaching Method's. I purchased all of Stephan and Rob's 'BJJ Formula'. I've been training and introducing the contents. Recently, I've had 'Updates' to ALL the App's. Some, such as the 'Back' App have over half a dozen new unit's. They really didn't have to round off everything he'd taught and intruduce 'Free' Content, just for the sake of wanting you to 'Fill the gap's' in your knowledge. There must be almost an Hour of content that Could Have been sold as extra's if it was 'Really' about the £/$. I appreciate it very much! Cheer's 🍻 Guy's 🙂🤙🏻....

    At 1:30 Stephan really wants to say something, but he gets steamrolled and never gets the chance.
    But don't worry, he says it at 4:55. :)

    why is the overhook side the strong side (for seatbelt)?

    • @ryanhill9707
      @ryanhill9707 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can think of it in terms of the rear naked choke.On the strong, overhook side, your partner is falling right into it. On the weak, underhook side, you have extra steps to extract your arm.

    This video is awesome and has some really valuable details! :-) But I have one question:
    Why don´t you take the giftwrap instead of normal seatbelt?
    The giftwrap helps me often to take the back in an easy way,

    • @StephanKesting
      @StephanKesting  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh, if you can get the giftwrap then go for it! But it's a little harder to get than the harness...
