There is 1 encounter that has Lucent hive architecture and 1 area you run through and the rest is either the planet or golden age architecture, the enemy doesn't mean the entire theme
Mad respect. Had a lot issues doing the first encounter. Trained a few weeks and now its a piece of cake. Now working on Ecthar second phase and training. Its all about the strategy, speed and the way you put the last witch light dunk, change loadout and do damage. Thank you so much will do it 1:1 like you did. As well the way how to use Lament👍 GG bro
@@NukyyyThat would take forever though. I still prefer using Arby to pop the 2nd boss's shields. I run solar titan with synthoceps, one two punch shotgun, any solar legendary primary and lament for the first boss. I like to start damage phase with roaring flames active, kill the knight to spawn the circle to damage the boss's shield, then pop burning maul super and slam on the boss. I might use one slam on an add though to refresh roaring flames. Then I'll use mini hammer to proc radiant and go to town on the boss with lament. Rinse and repeat until dead. As for the wizard, Arby to pop shields, any solar primary again, and apex predator with bait and switch. I immediately pop the wizards shield when I start damage phase, shoot her once with my primary to activate bait and switch, throw a hammer at a thrall for restoration and radiant, then I use my rockets. I activate bait and switch again when needed. Pretty simple to do, probably can do similar with warlock, and I have done it once arc hunter too.
I kept getting unlucky so I decided to farm the 2 free chests in the last wish raid for apex predators, every week. Eventually got 5, and I used 5 harmonizers to get the crafting pattern. Now I have rockets with bait and switch and reconstruction :).
Does anyone know why he’s using commemoration over an arc LMG like song of ir yut? I would think a demo/ sword logic roll would pair nicely with monochromatic maestro for a build like this
GotD deep is a cool concept but the underwater sections KILL it for me. I prefer farming full dungeons for loot rather than one checkpoint but the 15 minutes of running in between each encounter sucks, not to mention if you die/wipe you have to reset or wait 45 seconds to respawn.
the limiting factor of this dungeon is simply I don't have enough time, I could do it in three hours solo but I can't sit through 3 hours without a little afk time to yknow be human for a minute without getting afk kicked.
@christian… being very, very careful. Remember, most people who play this are just normal people, just cause you can do this dungeon in 17 minutes or something ridiculous doesn’t mean everyone can. Dude gets the same emblem as you and you can only get it once, so the time truly means nothing. Just curious, are you #1 on the speed run leaderboard for this dungeon? Or is someone better than you are?
Not to say I doubted it before now, but this fully convinces me that nobody at bungie has ever soloed this dungeon. It took THIRTY MINUTES for him to kill the final boss and you're forced to use Arby. And even eso was missing shots against the wizard because of how absurd the staggers and teleports are. I love a lot of this dungeon, but it has some of the absolute worst design decisions out of every dungeon in the game.
Despite its flaws, it's actually my favourite dungeon out of every other dungeon, even duality which used to be my favourite. I just love the whole theme of gotd, the solo flawless emblem is very nice looking too. I find the mechanics to be very engaging and fun. You can mitigate the annoying teleports of the wizard boss by popping her shield the moment you start damage phase. The first boss is my favourite boss of any of the dungeons. No annoying teleports, I'm able to use lament (I really love that weapon, so fun to use except on wizards when they yeet you 😂), and I like the feeling of pressure from the boss chasing me down in the water while I'm doing the symbols. Overall the dungeon is very fun! But it can be frustrating with that wizard boss teleports. I definitely agree that design choices weren't good. This dungeon could have been S tier if not for the design flaws. For me personally it's S tier because the flaws don't really frustrate me, but that's subjective. Objectively it's maybe low A tier or high B tier. Spire of the watcher is F tier for me 😂, the mechanics are boring and so are the bosses.

Also the amount of health that the bosses have is just absurd, and the spam of explosive butterflies (I dont' remember their exact name) is pretty stupid ngl. Hey Eso, how would you change your loadout(s) now that Season of the Wish has arrived with lots of sandbox changes? Wanting to try my hand at the solo flawless but not sure what to run.
U can only farm when it on the weekly rotator so ur gonna have to wait until the new dungeon comes out and GotD comes into the rotator. Rn it’s only 3 per week.

I kinda think the dungeon would have been cooler if it revolved more around the Titan arcology rather than lucent hive architecture

Lots of solo dungeons lately...how can you not be bored as easy as you make this game look!??!
I'm so glad I cheesed it using weapon crafting glitch. 6 phases is not fun at all because unstable servers can ruin your 1h+ run

If it's going to be dreaming city related, perhaps bosses will have less health, but are more mechanic heavy like Last Wish waa

I got my solo done before my solo flawless. I died a quarter into the finals bosses healthbar on my first run 😂

I can't recommend titan enough. bonk hammer and riskrunner for survivability make this a slow, but foolproof solo flawless

It took me 6 hours. I was literally talking to myself at the end to stay focused.
You don't play Destiny if you're a "Real human", heh amateur.
If you know how to play then it should take no more than 2hrs to solo flawless this dungeon
