Congrats Matt and thanks for sharing. I'm one of those guys that go up and down. You look great. I watched you on the show and can tell by what you said you did it for the contest but this time you did it for you. So happy for you Matt.
Congrats brother. You look and sound great. Wish I had your speed. I’m only 40lbs down at 4 months out. Still waiting for the increased energy I was promised.
Thanks for the video! I’m struggling right now with no energy. My mind tells me to get off my butt and do something and sometimes I do but I know I could do a lot more. I am an emotional eater as well and for years I was in denial of that. Anyways thought I’d say hi and wanted to say thanks for the video! Tell Suzi we said hi!
Wow Matt you look great!!! reminds me back to when you were on TBL except older. Being an emotional eater sucks and with the isolation in place, its harder. I currently work from home, being a key worker I am sitting on my butt at a computer all day. I have osteoarthritis in the Knees which has compromised my mobility so I am unable to stand or walk for no more than 5 minutes without severe pain, stairs are a bit%&. Thanks for the video update, hope you, Suzy and the boys are keeping safe.
First Congratulations and thank you for posting your story. I do have a question. I am in the process and about a month out and I have been battling mentally the thought I need to eat different things because I will not be able to have them after my surgery. Did you have. Those problems?!
Subbed last night. You are completely changed. Wow! Hope things are still well
For you
Thanks so much for sharing your journey! Happy so many people are posting now to help us newcomers.

Man, I'm super happy for you. I'm 7+ months out now and am only down 97lbs. However, I"m not being active and honestly, not trying too hard.
This is the most informative talk on VSG surgery I have ever seen. Thank you for your transparency. You and your family are amazing. Blessings!
Congrats, Matt! So happy for you!

Hey Matt, Rob here from the UK, I’m having my Sleeve done on 13th Feb, I’m 52, what age were you when you had yours?
You look amazing
When you are at your goal weight. How did you stop the weight and stabilize?
That ROCKS!
Did you get the gastric sleeve? I got my surgery a week and a half ago and I have not lost much weight after the first 4 to 5 days.
❤
What was the worst/hardest thing you went through since/with surgery
How much can you eat? I know its only a little bit but how much is a little?
enjoy the honeymoon
