Nice video. I use CO contact cleaner from CRC for cleaning & degreasing parts. Melts away grease and salt and leaves no residue. Also great for cleaning the internal reel body quickly if you do a full strip down as it’s safe on plastic. Always check the O ring inside the line roller for damage too. The bearings last a lot longer if they’re fully stripped of grease each service and repacked- it gets all the salt out. Never use oil on spinning reel bearings

Great video! Unfortunately my line roller bearing is pretty corroded.. do you know exactly what kind i need to get, to replace the one in my vanford 2500?

@@Christian60 just type plaig bearings and then you can select the line roler bearingfor the vanford and if you want they have ceramic ones too.
