I love 💓 them. really love your cottage you have it so nice. Question does the cottage every feel cold without any window dressings? I have high ceilings and my home is very cold it’s about 110 years old. But U.K. often cold. I’m thinking of starting to put up my decorations at weekend. Thank you so much for your kind words once again! I agree that the chairs are a once in a lifetime find! I’m just not sure I want to commit to the blue coloring year-round. Perhaps if I can find another spot in the house to use them when not in this room. Time will tell I suppose! I don’t think our home feels cold without window dressings personally. It is a New home though, so that likely makes a difference in how air tight it is. As for the floors…I just do regular cleanings with them! I did a video a while back about my simple routine. :) have a great day!

I have the same type of tree with individual branches. I heard you say you only do half a tree. So do I!!!!!!!! It takes up some much less room and less to decorate. No one even knows unless you tell them I loved your video.
I have 2 frazier trees, 1 w/ white lights, 1 w/ colored lights on each side of my patio door. No decorations as I leave them up year round. My theme this year is my collection of trees &cardinals. No decorations, very streamlined. More winter than Xmas although there will be some Xmas.
You are SO right! Ive actually been waiting for someone to make this comment! I have noticed there is an echo; BUT I can not justify rushing to fill the space with things unless they are what I absolutely love. I envision at some point I will meet the perfect living room rug, and all will be right in the world. Merry Christmas!
