It’s a shame we didn’t get enough of Janice. She deserved way more screen time. Even though she was annoying, she was a very sweet person and the only woman (before Monica) who actually loved and cared for Chandler. Maggie Wheeler is an amazing actor!
No, we had enough... Janice's appearances were beyond great because of the element of surprise. If she showed up all the time, that wouldn't have worked.
@@redacted2275I'd hate to disagree but I did enjoy that brief period when Janice and Chandler were dating happily and she used to hangout with the group. I guess the dislike was more for the voice and laugh

everyone made fun of her but actually she was way more level headed than all of them! she was nice and sincere, funny and trustworthy, she deserved better.
I'm trying to pinpoint what it is. Sure, the voice. And her laugh. But it's also that she makes lame jokes and laughs at them. And that she's not just confident, she's overconfident and teasing. And doesn't read social clues, or maybe she reads them and doesn't care.
@@alicedamiano7718 she was otherwise ok except for when she cheated on Chandler or atleast when she thought she was doing that coz Chandler lied about Yemen
Janice is an amazing person in FRIENDS . She showed a woman's many beautiful sides , strong individual personality in a very positive sarcastic way ! I loved Maggie Wheeler as Janice in FRIENDS ! Without her role , FRIENDS would be incomplete , Chandler would be incomplete . ✨✨🥰🥰😊😊
Janice is one of the most hilarious characters!! Her voice, her laughter are making me roll laughing every time I see her even after years and years of watching the show! I absolutely love her!!
Out of 6 friend's girlfriend and boyfriends, Janice was the only person who was closer to all of them, everyone liked her and she stuck till the last episode. She was like "meant to be in their original friends group but became like an extended cameo"❤️✌🏻
I loved Janice 😂😂😂. Although annoying she was a genuinely sweet woman who before Monica was the only one to actually care about Chandler. RIP Matthew Perry 😢💔🕊️🌹🙏🏼.
Looking back Janice wasn't actually that bad of a person. She had a brain, obviously a good job (from what I could tell it was marketing or photography) and she obviously cared for Chandler a lot. Only thing she had against her was the laugh and that she could be a bit loud, which could have easily been a form of masking or nervousness... ... then again, don't we all at one point look back at our ex's and think "they weren't THAT bad", only to forget that they are ex's for a reason.
Nah Janice was great, Chandler wasnt emotionally mature enough for a long term relationship yet (look at how he initially reacts with Monica when the thought of marriage and kids is brought up). He straight up couldnt handle her affection at one point. Her high volume can be grating on some peoples ears. She's also a very bombastic and high energy person which can make her alot to handle. Neither of these are red flags but they can make it hard to find someone compatible. She's lucky she found Syd.
I love Janice so much. It's too easy to write her off as an annoying plot device. But, she was so sassy and so embedded into the Friends story...yet above it all (and unexpectedly often the voice of reason).
@4:22 Wouldn't it be strange if the person who came up with the song *"Days In The Sun,"* from the 2017 Live Action film *"Beauty and The Beast,"* was a fan of *F.R.I.E.N.D.S.* and randomly was watching this episode and heard Janice's dialogue ("....the sun has set...on our... *day in the sun"* ) and thought, "Hey, that's a good title for a song...."
Ross was so whiny that even Janice, EVEN JANICE had to quit on him. 😂 You'd think that would have fixed him. Still love Ross though, it just took me a while.
The best Janice moment is when Monica, Rachel and Joey were shocked to see her with Chandler outside of their apartment, I also love her famous Oh my god greeting to the gang. Maggie Wheeler is one of the best recurring characters on the show.😊
I honestly care more for, and like Janice better, than pretty much all the main characters. Except of course, for Chandler. It's so bittersweet seeing Matthew's scenes nowadays, but somehow he only gets funnier, I can appreciate more and more his comedic genius.
I always loved the scene between her and Rachel, not only when Janice tries to ship Emma with her son, but when they have a tender moment about Rachel being (at the time) most likely a single parent. Showed Janice softer side ❤
9:00 there’s one deleted scene from this episode that I always wish they kept in, when Chandler is panicking about the possible reason he and Monica couldn’t have a baby, and Janice was the one who told him that he shouldn’t be worried because she truly believed Chandler and Monica were meant to be parents❤❤❤
What about the time when Rachel and Chandler were getting their nails done and Janice breaks in? XD And there was another episode where Monica was having a hard time with a customer who was complaining a lot about her food, and it was Janice.
It annoys me how people wanted to get away from Janice because of how she spoke and laughed. Some people cannot control such things. Janice is such a sweet character, and such a loving girlfriend. Most of you guys would die to have a wife like her who cared about you so much

Janice is that person who is irritating at times but you know she’d come round with soup if you were ill.
Yeah... Thats... Such an accurate description
Janice is a legend. Sure, her voice would drive you crazy, but she was cool and they were mean to her
Janice is actually a nice, kind-hearted and a caring person. She is mostly hated by friends because of her voice.
