I used to do the "Applied Practice" and now recently the "Consistent Tracking", but now I need to start reflecting DEEPLY on my errors in the tracking.... Awesome vid Archer.
*A* : Applied Practising -> Practising knowledge not just for evaluating knowledge but as a tool for *learning* (-> weaknesses & application/usecase) -practise questions -tests *C* : Consistend Error tracking -> Seeing relations -> applying to other things *E* : Evaluative Reflecting -> Look for your root problems (difficult) Hope yall can *ace* your exams now^^
I studied a day before 11 big exams, got the usual result 10As 1B+, still gonna recheck coz pretty much everyone who does gets better results, but in the end ig it's time to finally start studying 🤣 your videos have been and will definitely be of help, thx a lot Archer
I cannot express how much you, Justin Sung and your team Icanstudy have helped me be a better learner. I hope you get the recognition you deserve and can spread the knowledge of learning how to learn to many students around the world. Lots of love from a small country named Bangladesh!
Wow - this has really made my day. I'm so happy to hear this. My flatmate and friend is actually from Bangladesh so I hope some time I will be able to visit in the next few years!
@@ArcherNewtonYeah we are kinda all over the world 😅. Who knows, maybe someday we'll meet. The country isn't big, but there are some lovely places that you can visit.
Hey Archer, I really love your content man. I'm a 1st year med student and I have a question about studying. How do you go around memorising stuff that you just need to know by heart (like the entire glycolisis pathway)? I don't struggle at all with general understanding, but the learning by heart just kills me because I'm so slow at it. Any tips on speeding it up?
Hey Archer...Iam really feeling low got my results yesterday not good enough...cause iam tired mentally and physically easily so I can't put any effort..also I've no friends very lonely...Iam very sad...Iam starting studying but can't start same problem easily tired mentally and physically
Hey Swayam, i can only imagine how you're feeling right now. i know it's probably so difficult and hard. I know things can improve for you and by you already watching my videos, you're already taking a step that many others are not willing to do, to actually look at how to improve. I know it is so difficult but as long as you keep trying you'll be able to give yourself the chance to improve. If you give up, then that's 100% failure. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Keep going. I believe in you, Swayam.
Hey Archer, great video. How would this be applied for exams which are mainly essay-based and oral-based? e.g. I have to write everything I know about a specific topic out of 100 possible topics, e.g. Pathophysiology of Anemia? Thanks!
