Just an fyi there are trash rooms located on every floor the guest just has to walk 10 feet to the corner of the hallway to find one. Guest laundry costs $2.75 per load, average cost but convenience of not having to drive to a Laundromat
What's the additional cost of the bigger bags and more bags? With the large bins will rotting waste sit longer creating a smell because its not filling up as fast?
The trash can idea is sound, but having a place to dump the bags like in a bin/shoot near the elevator from night until morning on each floor would reduce the effort of house keeping. I would add a perk of certain guests depending on specials/memberships/etc to have free access to the laundry, but keep the price similar to local laundramats. Not a bad idea for marketing as temporary apartments.
Extended stay here at wood springs Ocala is bad . My room wasn’t even cleaned and said your room is ready dirt sheets floors never washed dirty old towels . My god and cigarette butts out front all over really trashy outside. The people r friendly . But no house keepers and they are super over whelmed . It feels creepy here . I owned hotels and this place need owners to come to stay and just see how nothing is getting done at all . Roachs

If your in marketing or management I would suggest you take a class on speaking. I stopped listening /watching and skipped though this video. Basically you talk too much and yet say very little. I was board in seconds. Also asking for someone to sub etc before the even see the video is not the best way.

Bigger bin are usually 10.00 to 15.00. I usually put extra bags in the bin. The guest usually change them or housekeeping take it out.
