As someone who is just dipping their toe into the world of U13's coaching, I have found this video excellent. Well explained and the graphics put it into great context. Thank you

Yea this tactic sounds brilliant, until you're that 1 that looks up and there's a samoan, Tongan or Fijian winger on the other side that's used to tackling cows back in their homeland

Honestly when we do this in a game and I’m on the forward on the wing against a Fijian I know it’s over 😂

I don't know how that changes its effectiveness.

I've got no idea about rugby so I'm trying to learn what sort of tactics are used. This video was such a great start, beautifully put together. Thanks very much.

When I was a forward and used to follow our ball across after breaking off the ruck, it just confused our backs. They were like, "What are you doing here?" But we weren't very sophisticated in our attacking methods.

Thank you for this. I just started rugby for a senior club. I used to be a fullback but now that i weigh 190 and got speed, they want me at flanker. This is exactly what our team runs and now i know what my job is. Now i just have to become a good flanker

Great video. Do you take requests? Would love to see an analysis of a star forward or particular forward position e.g. Ellis Genge (front row don't get enough love), David Pocock, Maro Itoje.

Check out The Rugby Trainer who is on Instagram and TH-cam. Also This Is 7s TH-cam channel (focuses on 7s but lots of great tips). Also The Contact Coach also does great analysis videos.

find a different club mate - one that's willing to coach you. If they're not willing to help you learn and grow, sounds like it's not the best club culture.

@@shimmy0825 yes finally I leave that club but I could find any other that fit my current entry level.
