Anyone reading this... If you are making a rocket stove..... the riser (or mini rocket stove chimney going up inside the barrel, is only 1.5 to 2 inches away from the top of the barrel, or whatever he used here as the outer shell. Do not make more space. Do NOT use 3 or 4 inches. It won't draft as well.
The grill rocket stove is for outdoors the other one has a chimney pipe lots of people use them indoor. The two I have made I do t recommend using inside until further upgrades and attachments are put on.
Oh I finally get to use this! Hey man its not rocket science it's rocket stove science! I don't have a good video of one being used indoor but if you look up some other vids you will see how people use them. Thank you for watching
Looks really great…but, only showing the temps reached, is NOT helpful for showing how it’s done, or, what specific things need to be detailed, or, how long these things last if used, say, plugged into a home chimney pipe, to heat & cook, during indoor living with one. That’s what I want to know!
I have a short how to vid on the stove under my list of videos check it out. If you want to learn more specifics lmk I sold the stove years ago but remember how I built it. Thanks for watching
