I have read and heard this many times especially in the West mainly by women.
For me it is a theory of the unseen world which we simply cannot have a know off. It might be true it might be untrue, or somewhere in the middle. I believe more in a logical approach that when you do A there is a high possibility you get B as a result of your A. You reap what you saw kind of thing. However it is stupidity to think that you’re in control of everything simply because we’re not alone and we’re not gods. There are other people and forces who have their own agenda. Then it is up to you how you interact with that testing your flexibility and patient skills, etc.
Let us share some thoughts about this ‘you are what you attract’ and get some real asnwers instead of copying what we heard others said or what we read in a book. 🙏
