It’s a very happy car 😂 the face on it I forgot how good the Astra was my dad had a natural aspirated 2litre GTE in the 90s it wheel spinned in 3rd gear 200bhp upgraded sadly rust killed it 😢
Opel Kadett Gsi 16v mit C20let und F28 Getriebe umbau ist immer Geil. Was mir übrigens noch mehr gefällt ist das der Optisch fast Orig.geblieben ist und nicht Verschandelt wurde , ende 90er anfang 00er zeiten war man mit Phase 3 1/2 King auf den Straßen 😂, es gab natürlich auch vereinzelt einige mit ph.5 das waren ausnahmen. Und dann kommt so ein Sleeper mit 800ps um die Ecke versägt einen m5compi mit leistung und allrad 😎💪

I had it in 1991 black156 horse power... 0 to 100 in 7.42 and 220 "km h, paid at that time with 19000 km 19000 Swiss francs (it was the car of a woman and was perfectly handled, especially the engine but the whole car was fantastic).... Had 19 y.o. While studying I had to work every Saturday a d holidays but was worth.... Great car great years!

I did own a Lancia Delta 1.6 HF Turbo as my 1st real bought car , which was at same are like this 1 . All feelings in cars have never ever been the same like that . Handling , could feel everything the car wanted , now i don't know anymore but it will go way faster through corners . Acceleration , those cars really felt fast , now they are faster ( many of them) but they don't feel like it , they feel slow . It is difficult to make comparison , i mean , feeling like driving , old time cars win big time , but the cars these days are much safer , are faster , more fuel efficient , less prone to brake down if you handle them the same , ... These days are better for driving a car from A to B , older cars are better for fun .
The modern rubber makes them feel slow. Nowadays you have a ton of grip and the drop off isn't as sharp as you have much wider tyres, and thus a wider contact patch. Modern cars have less roll, pitch and dive too. Such a steady/stable car feels slower as well. Also a modern car at high speed doesn't start to float as an Opel Kadett E did, so even on the autobahn you are more relaxed at v-max.

Die alten Motoren egal wie viel ps vom Haus die haben alle alten Modelle 80 90bis Anfang 2000 kann was machen alle neuen Motoren sind naja in meinen Augen mega cooles Gerät danke für hochladen viel Erfolg weiter
Breitere Reifen und mehr Gewicht auf der Vorderachse würden ihm gut tun. Dass er außen so schön original gehalten ist mag ich, aber beim Käfig kommt's mir hoch. Mag gar nicht sehen wie wenig vom Original Interieur noch drin ist
