Hi po, A is currently employed in ABCDE School for the Arts, Inc., a private school located in Mindanao. Under her contract she is obligated to render her services until S.Y. 2022-2023. On March 15, 2021, the school principal of Barangay Nakakatakot Elementary School, a public school, called her and said that due to her being a qualified teacher she is to be appointed as public school teacher in her school starting April 1, 2021. A accepted the appointment at Nakakatakot Elementary School. ABCDE filed a case against A and argued that she violated the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers among other laws. Is ABCDE correct? Saan po ba na belong ito na article?

What law violated po if yung teacher did not conduct (example on a lab experiment) safety sa mga students which caused accidents. The teacher left the students on their own experimenting chemicals because she has an important meeting to attend to
It depends on what level or grade of the students and why the accident happened. At kung ano ang ginawa at pinagawa before,during and after the experiment.
