@@m365worldblog7 hi bro, for someone who doesn't has microsoft account, there shouldn't be this problem. As a shareable link with view and edit control allowed for anyone with link, it should be accessible to everyone
I really don't know why sharepoint works this way.

our account is created from our AD on prem. i have a user who was recently deleted its ADID and re-created with a different display name. we used the same email address but user is unable to access previously accessible SP sites/folders. we noticed that when we grant access, the display name is the previous display name (and not the new) and the user still can not access. do we need to purge something on somewhere?
