Kodi 18 retro gaming is here!. Kodi 18 has tons of built in emulators that you can use. I will show you how you can install Kodi 18 and then configure it for Retro gaming. Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for this tutorial. Even though it is more focused on Android TV, I have now set this up on my Oculus Go in the Oculus TV app using the sideloading options and it works fantastic.

I need help.i plugged in my PS4 controller (with USB plug) and I can play games but can't hear volume.i can only hear volumetric when I unplug it out of my android box.what am I doing wrong?

I need help. I used kodi on samsung s7 with xbox360 joystick, I have problems of conflict, for example the up button of the controller opens the Android keyboard ... or the kodi menu starts selecting voices without stopping. Help

2 questions--what is the exact name of the little joystick keypad in this video that you have hooked up to a smartphone? I'd like to buy one. Secondly, there is no emulator for Commodore 64 and Colecovision that comes with the add-on you showed. How can I add emulators for the C64 and Colecovision to Kodi? hey, this is a great tutroial , nice work, but the only thing is when i go to play PS1 games on it it just goes to a black screen and wont run. I can see in the background when i bring up the options that its missing a scph5501.bin file which i think is the bois. Do i need to add the bois file somewhere? anyone know a fix for this?

Hi there - thanks so much for this easy guide. I am having massive issues with playing playstation games- either BIOMs are missing or other issues keep popping up . If you could please help me out that would be wonderful as google isnt giving me much info on how to fix it.

I got this all through xenon Kodi build Im just here to find out if anyone has managed to get the PS1 games working when I launch I try the PlayStation pcsx rearmed it loads the game up but when I press start it force closes Kodi :(
anyone get any version of Defender to work with this method? I only get a black screen regardless of which system i try selecting. Similar poor results with Tempest as well, with the emulators getting internal errors.

Any fix yet? Every button I press on my controller while using any Kodi game emulator, just pulls up the game menu. The controller works fine though outside of the emulators (like normal Kodi use, just not gaming use). I have tried using the mapping options for my controller and it doesn't fix the issue.
Looks like this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. I can't believe there isn't a fix yet.
If you have an xbox one could you do this on it, and would it run the games and look better?
whenever I tried to map the buttons for the controller the controller always like messed up like I cannot control it or like click on anything it was like backwards or something
