Harman Kardon is about to join this group of soundbars with it's new citation multibeam 1100 that's due to be released in a couple of days, hopefully you'll get your hands on it soon enough so you can compare it to these! 👌
Thanks! I like Bowers & Wilkins. I thought it sounded pretty good. But nothing can ever compare to a sub and rears as a base system. I have a Sonos Arc with a sub and rears. My only complaint is the lack of upward firing speakers for Atmos. Outside of that I like it a lot. It’s not like my old surround system which kicked serious ass but it’s suffices for the area it’s in. Thanks again for the comparison.
Super review. Every aspect is addressed. It was a real help to do a must listen list of what to buy right now. Thanks a lot! I cant wait for the soundbar buying guide :D
Great review! I'd love to see you include the B&O Beosound Stage into the comparison (even though it's normal price tag is 1499€+ I've seen it for 1199€ which puts it much closer to the Sonos arc, Bose 900 & Panorama 3). As I am looking for a solution without a sub and which will also be used as a main speaker for music in the living room, I am highly interested to see how it compares to the other three contestants in this "particular" field!
Thank you for another excellent very informative review, I always watch your review video's more than once & very much looking forward to watching this one again ! - I am also looking forward to your Dolby Atmos soundbar comparison. Thank you again for this review 👌
Why no comparison to the Stage? The Stage is more expensive yes, but does that always warrant a better product or is there no comparison to be made as the Stage blows the B&W out of the water?
Amazing video! Had a listen a few days ago here in S.A by a known importer and my god. What is B&W thinking and who is tuning these speakers. Really disappointed, was super excited to replace my SONOS with this but ain’t going to happen 💔
I'm not sure why Harmon Kardon citation series hardly gets a mention as I have the citation multibeam 700 with the citation sub s mini and the sound is incredible and the bass is like I have never felt before and you can pick up the bar and sub for about 700-800 and even better picked up a citation one for only £55 the other week as an add on for placing up stairs and it's absolutely brilliant adding it to the group of speakers 😀 how cheap for such a great speaker £55 I'm definitely buying more for that cheap price 😀😀😀 ohhh and it works flawlessly with Chromecast so no separate apps needed 😀
The Panorama 1 and 2 were such a gigantic step above the panorama 3. I don't know why Bowers and Wilkins decided to build such an inferior and cheaper product. The Panorama 3 should have a different model name all together, It's just your average everyday LG or Samsung quality soundbar. The Panorama 1 and 2 were truly special and unique beautifully crafted premium units. Still better than 99% of contemporary premium sound bars. I think the Ambeo and YSP-5600 are the only two that come close.
@@techno4head It wasn't bad sound but rather "OK" sound. I'm not really an audiophile but to me it didn't sound any better than a Vizio or similar that you can get for practically half the price. All their PR talk is just that. And frankly I was annoyed they're trying to use the B&W name to gouge people for something that's just not worth it.

The panorama does have atmos up firing speakers
I would love to see a comparison with the Arc and the Bose 900.
Which to buy ?
None, when it comes to sound bars, there is Sennheiser ambeo and the rest
sennheiser ambeo is 2500-3000 euro 😅

Its going for 500 usd now online. I guess for that price its worth it?

Btw I love these videos regardless of not needing a new system 😂😂😂 just love seeing new tech 😁
Great in-depth review, fair and balanced. I would love to see you review the Denon product range..
Which would you pick this or the arc?

Agree! We need a test of Samsung q990b
Can you get Dolby Atmos through bluetooth? Or does it need to be connected via HDMI?

Can you post a link for the TV furniture please?
soundbars like this are so pricey they come close to an entry level REAL home cinema, which will blow ANY soundbar out of the water
anyone know where the TV cabinet is from/make please?
Sennheiser Ambeo
Denon
Sonos
good stuff

$1k? Get real. I bought this bar and had it for all of 15 minutes before it got sent back.
Bad sound?

Yes that and I think they are using the name B&W for price and not quality. Thanks for the reply
