So while he was going to go to the store to steal another box of doorknobs since there was no more doorknobs, mount lady came and started a fight with shigaraki since mount lady thought shigaraki was going to do evil things. Deku comes to save shigaraki since he knew it was a misunderstanding, and he also thought it was going to change him to be good again, which worked. Dabi was mad tho since he was sick of his crap and wanted him to die, and also bc he was going to the good side, betraying all for one and dabi, but instead he left. Leaving shigaraki there. All might was mad, because, shigaraki didnt tell all might where all for one is. So he was going to fight shigaraki to make him tell, he was about to punch shigaraki when he got some sense into himself. He was going to punch shigaraki and he couldnt stop himself, even tho he didnt want to do it anymore, its was already in motion. He couldn't do anything about it, his punch was so powerful he couldn't stop, and right when he was about to hit shigaraki. Deku came in the way, killing both shigaraki and deku. All might knew he couldn't do anything else, and he knew he couldn't defeat all for one by himself, so while looking back at all the heroes with a tears in his eyes he killed himself knowing that he failed everyone and didnt want to be in this pain anymore, so he decided to end the pain by ending himself...
That make sense hehe I was imagine that we have three all might was himself in his head before he stop himself and then he killed shiggy and deku before he killed him self-

After deliberating with himself for days the event that finally made him side with the heroes was a conversation he overheard between sensei and the doctor. Apparently Tomura was not only biologically quirkless but the man that had given him the curse of a quirk that killed his family's was none other then sensei just to get Tomura to go villain and fight All Might because he was the grandson of the person who gave one for all to All Might. Tomura decided to spill his plans to someone in UA and make the league of villains struggle as much as he could before killing One For All, the bastard. First he would need a contact preferably a student who could relay the information to the teachers, Aoyama could not be trusted, he and his parents reported directly to One For All, not that they would stop Tomura tho if anything they'd be the first to jump to his side. The 1-B kids wouldn't work either they had no experience with the league contacting one of them would probably end with it being seen as a bad prank. The explosion boy was being considered to be a recruit for the league and Shigaraki could have a monologue in front of him in order to feed information to the heroes but something told him the kid wouldn't listen. The best option was All Might's successor. To prof the connection with the league of villains he could talk about the quirk All Might passed on and the kid had been reasonable enough the last time that he could have probably gotten away without the help of Kurogiri. I'm probably going to add more later as an edit but right now it's too late to get the creative juices pumping

Sadly, during the fight, Midoriya went for All Might's weak spot- his stomach. This caused the wound to start bleeding, and, even though he was weak from blood loss, All Might jumped to the top of a building and crowed out his own victory to all of Japan. However, he was dizzy, and stumbled off the edge of the building, falling to his unfortunate death. And so went the successors of both age-old quirks, along with One For All itself, allowing All For One to quickly prevail over the heroes of Japan.

He shouted, "Why can't you just D I E?!?" And he stomped off. All Might, watching all of this from afar walked up to Deku. "Young Midoriya! I can't believe you just helped a villain!!" Deku started crying from being yelled at by his idol. "Hey! That kid just saved me!! No I'll fight you so Deku can idolize me instead!!" As Shiggy lundged at him, All Might put his hand up, stopping him immediately. "I cannot fight you!" All Might said in his thundering voice. "Then I'll fight you instead!!" Deku said as he too lundged at All Might, yet, once again, All Might stops him. "I cannot fight you either young Midoriya... So instead I'll kill us all!!" Shiggy: Wait what?
