I had a friend who LOOOOVVVEEED this series, I think it helped her accepted her situation. When I listened to her version of the song it was like she would come alive again and play to me. But a few years ago my drive got wiped on accident and with it all of her songs. I managed to find a few of her other recordings again but I'm still missing this one. this song was the only one where i feel like she was alive again playing it just for me. when i heard this version, it was like she was next to me humming along to it. Thank you for bringing my friend back to me.

Your Lie in April holds a special place in my heart. I rewatch it every April, ironically, and honestly, no other anime has ever made me cry as much as this one did. This is such a beautiful peace and it brings back all the emotions I felt watching this series. Even though it ended several years ago, it still hurts so much, and yet it also sounds so beautiful, but yet painful, do you know what I mean? Well, it's hard to describe, but its just emotion, just pure overwhelming emotion.
I got chills and goosebumps listening to this once again. My eyes even began to water too. You're an amazing composer.

In any other sad anime, you'd cry and be emotional and try to find a new anime with the same kind of sadness. But with thus one, No... It traumatized me. Not once have I taken any drama seriously, nor did I ever cry. But this, I started to fight my tears but it just kept pouring. I didn't want to remember it... The ending was so well made and written. This is by far the best romance anime I had watched.

this made me start watching Your Lie In April. I started it four days ago and ive watched it over 3 times now, first in english, second in subbed, thrid in just japanese and its sooooo good. I cant move on to any other anime rn im just gonna cry for a bit
We need a continuation of the story, though it may not be the same without Kaori, I think the audience deserves to see how Kousei will continue his career. With the story ending where it did, was too much, too abrupt. I believe there should be a new series with a different name obviously, but it's about Kousei, his career, his interactions with his friends, his rivals, his student, and his teacher. I'm sure there are other people who feel the same way about the story and some may be annoyed like I am that the ending ended being more about Kaori instead of the original main character, Kousei.
Nah not at all, I think the whole point of the story was those 2 together. The entire story that was written was not about the main character but the 2 main characters together. Now that one is gone, the story about them is over, and the story should end.
