He wasn't able to answer the question about how does a 19 year old or 21 year old. Get into the business. HE CAN'T ANSWER BECAUSE he doesn't know. It was taught to him by his family. He was basically "spoon-fed". Please bring somebody to the show that started their business from the ground up and will be able to give better advice.
By that yard stick, no 19 year old can get into freight forwarding by themselves. They must need a mentor or work at a company where they learn things. Freight forwarding is not a small industry it consists of so many components, not to mention the rules and regulations varies from country to country. So you can't have a "one size fits all" course or degree to get you going. So there is no need to disrespect anyone by saying they were "spoon fed". Pretty much every freight forwarder in the last few decades all learned the trade by working from "Ground Zero" from more experienced mentors/managers.

Yeah this was a terrible interview lol, doesn't matter how much experience a guy has if he can't effectively articulate his thoughts, the guy has so much knowledge but he can't speak advanced English, the dude is talking to a toddler..
