    My hair goals are
*Bra strap length by the end of the year.
    *Extremely healthy ends.
    *Mastering natural hair styles.
I'm staying on top of my moisture and babying my hair.
Also staying away from hair stylists. I just realized they are the main culprits of my length stagnancy due to ripping and lack of patience with my hair.

My hair goal is to get to waist length!! I’m brastrap right now and it’s been the hardest length to move past. I’ve been doing Ayurveda for a while, but I really need to get back to eating clean and exercising so that is how I plan to reach my goal!!

I am currently starting a regimen/routine. DC with DIY masks every other week. Pre-poo with an Hot Oil Treatment.
My problem with after hair wash is No products really to put in my hair. Currently using oils (castor oil, flaxseed oil, coconut oil, glycerine, lavander oil, teatree oil). Looking into using a new leave-in from Doo Grow I believe the name is. And grease my scalp and those elders :p with JCO grease I have atm

Hey Team Kinks!! Did you see the ~~Napchat question: What are your Hair Goals? What are doing to get there?
My goals for contour are ⬇
👉To grow healthy kinky 4c hair.
👉Love every strand of my head more and more daily.
👉Be consistent and intentional with Contour.
To get here I am working on staying consistent with healthy hair habits. Not delaying things like wash day ( playlist~ bit.ly/3dg27tH), eating clean at least 80% of the time, drinking water plenty, staying active (just finished a 30 day challenge with Sydney Cummings), and staying prayed up.

    Hair goals:
I want my hair to reach waist or butt length (dry) healthy and strong. and maintain my curl pattern.
    Steps to achieve it:
I have no problems with the rice water but I moved onto henna + indigo for natural dye treatments to hide the grays and found out my hair is popeye strong! lol.
I DIY jars of hair growth oils adding powders and herbs with it.
Now I'm experimenting with ayurvedic hair masks and I'll sample with yours and see what it do.😃

My hair goal is to get my healthy 4c hair back. Last year I flat ironed my hair and still got heat damage (with a heat protectant and medium heat🙄) so my hair in the center of my head is the most damaged (I can tell bc it won't revert back to my kinks😭 it looks like I have type 2 hair 😡 so mad at myself😂). So I've given up the flat iron and high heat blow drying. I've started using DIY from Nappyfu (hey girl! 😉), and Naptural85 and so far my hair has been liking it. Ik I'll have to cut it at some point but I'd rather grow it out and trim as I go🙂. I used to want long hair and get so mad at my hair not growing but since I've started taking care of it, I've been noticing the growth. For the most part, I leave it alone (in twists, protective styles, or braided and in a head wrap) I'll moisturize when needed and wash every two weeks or so. I'm very excited to get my hair back to where it was!
    Sorry for the novel lol

Great video. Can't wait to try this out!
Hair goals: waist length by May next year, mid back by the end of this year. Currently at below shoulder blades.
What I'm doing: Weekly washdays (prepoo with my ayurvedic oil mix, wash with anti-dandruff shampoo, deep condition, spritz with herbal tea spritz, style and remoisturize during the week).
Trying to eat healthier, intermittent fasting and started working out again.
I need to drink more water but that's been such a battle.

What a luscious hair mix! 8m using the same ingredients as part of my new regimen. I'm also ingesting the sea moss daily and making it my multi vitamin 'daily dose'! It's such a powerful ingredient with so many benefits it's at the top of my shopping list forever! How often are you doing this treatment? Monthly? My goals is to grow some healthy long hair! Working on moisture and lengrh retention via long term protective styling and using said ingredients during that time.

I'm going to drink MORE WATER!!!
Use protective styles (while using chebe) I currently wear a set of 2 to 6 braids, and I wash and deep condition my lowpo hair with heat weekly.
    Exercise and eat healthier.
    Trim every 3 months.

I want bra strap length with fullness from root to ends. And I want complete fullness and shoulder length in its natural state.
I’m still not there with doing Ayurvedic treatments at home but I’m building a routine that I think will get me there. I’m already seeing results with improved shine and elasticity. I gave myself a pretty decent trim tonight so I feel like I’m getting on a right path.

My hair goals are to take better care of my hair and don't keep it in a ponytail till it's too tangled. Moisturize my hair a few times a week, because I tend to not moisturize often. Wash my hair more often. My hair grows pretty fast and it's long, but if I stick to these my hair will stop breaking so much. I think overall my goal is to treat myself better when it comes to self care.

I've worked my way through your videos tonight even flashing back to 2012! You BEEN out here for your hair. I deeply love to see it. Thank you for your due diligence in OUR hair care.. it is a blessing for sure.
My main hair goal besides fullness / least shedding is to handle these scalp flakes.. Since I was young, my pediatrician advised mom to use tea tree oil shampoo and Aveeno because of my incredibly dry skin.. fast forward to having a caesar cut for a good 5 years- my scalp has been prone to the dry patches with varying intensity throughout the years.. and recently my mom said there are parts of my head where the hair is SUPER short.. YIKES
    Actions:
at least 1.5 to 2L of H20 daily
moisturizing every few days which I fall short of
Possibly the Ayurveda route and/or henna treatments on wash day
attentiveness - hair care is daunting because of how time consuming but also EXPENSIVE and COMPETITIVE (ok) but I want my crown to be lush on her own terms while that scalp is as pristine as I can get it
But really, thank you for these invaluable tools you've been pushing us to use! We appreciate you!

Hey NappyFu thanks for this DIY recipe. My hair goals are to increase my hair density and growth/retention. I have started adding ayurvedic masks from Belle Bar Organics to my deep conditioners. I have also purchased products from my local East Indian grocery stores and from Henna Sooq.com.
I am part of Curly Proverbz's Facebook page and also follow GreenBeauty on TH-cam. Along with your TH-cam channel I also like to see DIY recipes from Viòla (Formerly Anne Mist), Curley Cece, Mercy Gono, i360TV, Naptural85, and a few others. I also have products from the following black hairlines that have ayurvedic properties: Bask&Bloom, Honey's Handmade, Soultanicals, Koils by Nature and KeraVada.
And like you say I am also doing healthy things. I hope to see progress in my hair by next spring. 🥰

I want bra length hair.. that’s my goal! I keep my hair wrapped as a form of protective styling.. I also use Ayurvedic powders thanks to your videos and I have seen real results. When I make mine.. I add the rice water to the powders to mix it up.. just to add another layer of punch!! I also buy a powder that has nine powders all in one.. this just cuts down on the measuring of several different ones.

What can I use instead of Aloe Vera. It has the adverse effect. My hair starts breaking. I would love to try this. So any insight you have would be great

I want to learn more about ingredients and how they affect my hair . i also want to learn how to do more than twist outs. I have been scanning my products in an app that analyzes the ingredients and tells u what they are used for. Havent been wearing as much weave to practice.

Would you consider doing water only wash with this method?

Thank you for this video, I'm going to try the mask with the avocado conditioner and I didn't know you could get aloe Vera powder so that's going on the list. I've read that using metal to mix ayuverdic powder may cause it to absorb metal ions which are harmful to us - have you had any adverse experiences like that?

The metal will react with the powders, do not use. Use plastic or glass

Hair goals....to actually develop a haircare routine...style my hair more often than 6-8 weeks at a time. How am I moving towards that...🤔...I just recently moisturized my hair two weeks in a row. I’ve never done that before...in 7ish, 8 years😳....I think the fact that I have to comb my daughters’ hair is pushing me towards adulting.

What is the difference between these and bentonite clay mask?

      @denyshadials5702 2 ปีที่แล้ว

These powders are made from plants (leaves and fruit). Bentonite is clay.

Hey Grace! Just a heads up.... I love saving money like you do. I also live in Houstin, Texas. I've found that the ingredients are all located at the local Indian and African Grocery stores. I'm looking for chebe in the african stored. Anyway, these ingredients can be found in the cultured stores for a fraction if the dollar we've been spending compared to Amazon and other stores.
    - hibiscus, teas, amla, black seed oil etc. 2.99, 5.99 and 8.99 girl go save your coins! Lol
