Citrus heights!? i used to own a rental house in Citrus Heights near Sacramento. This was like 20 years ago, lol. Well, that Citrus Heights is nowhere near as nice as this community in Riverside. Wow i like the tile floor pattern in the kitchen/great room how it shines in like every other tile row. Got to have that walk in pantry, it looks quite spacious. The model has a great mountain views. The details on the stairs are awesome. The great room is definitely my favorite room because of the view of the mountains from there. Is there a reason why that you don't show the garages of these properties? Some people might want to view that too and see how spacious it is. I know with these models, the agent office takes the place of the garage sometimes. Thanks for sharing Suzy! like#7
I thought the floor was very unique The Laughing Lion, I couldn't believe how much tilework they showcased on the walls too. My favorite would be the great room as well! That is very interesting and neat about your owning rental property near Sacramento, I hope you made a nice profit. I like to showcase garages too, but they always have it locked up 🔒 and you're right sometimes it's the office. I like when new home builders put glass on the garage and I am able to showcase it. I think they should always do that, and swap at the end, because that one detail will make a difference, as you mentioned it too. This garage is actually a 2 car garage with a tandem storage area, would've been nice if I could've included a view. When we make videos of existing homes for sale though, we tell them to put everything away in the garage and start packing 📦 Thank you so much for your comment and hoping you are having a Terrific Tuesday!

the kitchen and the great room were really spacious! the backyard is quite spacious too! the master bedroom was huge!
