- On the 20th of February 2021, Mr Beast would tweet out about a TH-camr named A4 from Belarus who had been copying his content, thumbnails & merch designs. A4 would reply to the tweet, and since, the ultimate showdown between each creator has begun.
A4, or Russian MrBeast, or Belarus Beast, is what many are calling an example of the rising plagiarism problem here on TH-cam.

Fun fact: here in sweden there is a content "creator" that goes by the name of pontus rassmuson, and the funniest thing is he steals videos from MORGZ, and its the exact same script, idea, everything is the same. And the best part is that when morgz quit youtube, he did the exact same. He has brought copying to a brand new level, both copying someone who has already copied someone, but also coping when they quit youtube.

Mr beast has like 7 channels all in different languages like spanish and russian. He does this so everyone can watch his videos and pays actors and editors to change the subtitles and dub them and it doesent sound that bad.

This legit happened because of the copying. He could try and shoot down A4 delete his hole Chanel but that will cause him a backlash against Russian audience not to mention TH-cam itself after the Russia vs USA thing. This is the best way buy the time the copycat sees Mr beast video thinks of a script gets the things the Russish video would be a week old, also this doesn't target only a4 but all the copies at the same time

It takes Jimmy months for his original content(the last challenge he made literally took weeks and it's only part one of the challenge), we can clearly see who puts more effort and quality into their own videos.
His recent videos youll see his sleepless eyes and less proactively.. He clearly been wprking hard just for some dude to ripp off and still be relevant. TH-cam doesn't know how their own rules quite well.

As a part of the Russian community I am really let down to what A4 has become. When I was younger I would watch his videos and they would actually be original, time consuming, quality content and actually good, but ever since the pandemic his videos started to look like other TH-camrs content and in about the middle of 2020 his channel was dead(in originality and what he used to upload)

I have a Latvian family member that watches him all the time, I watched a few with him and they are not THAT bad. It's still sad to see this though. I'm form Poland, and here the whole gaming community (Mainly minecraft) is just straight up ripped off foreign youtube im not talking about translating titles, thumbnails some of the videos are perfectly recreated which is amazing and disgusting at the same time. There are hundreds of channels that perfectly copy Dream's videos and have a couple hundred thousand subs on them and gain more by the day

I was not introduced to mr beasts channel yet so when I first saw his videos I thought that he was copying from A4. sooner or later I realized what was going on and asked my little sister to watch the original creator which is mr beast. she was shocked by the difference in their understanding of quality content.

Next to the SCP games legal issue, this is the 2nd time a Russian property ripped off from other people's content recently.
As a Russian person, that knows a lot about Russian TH-cam since 2012, A4 is infamous amongst all of the Russian TH-cam Community not just for stealing assets from other creators but also demonotising anyone who mentions them or uses a snippet of their video, no matter the reason it is used. Which made him hated amongst everyone except his general audience of young kids bellow 12. Which is an honest tragedy as children feed upon the mainstream, repetitive, uninforming content, instead of other content creators even amongst the Russian TH-cam that create educational yet also entertaining content.

if i remember correctly, Polish TH-camr Tidzimi had a copycat for a while. i don't know the current situation but basically someone outside Poland copied his videos and translated it. Tidzimi himself made video about that, mainly reacting

i guess so, it makes sense but for me it was kind of the other way. Im a russian and im still a kid who got into english youtube like 6 years ago because i dont think any of the russian content is interesting anymore and i really liked a4, i was thinking that he gives his friends money for doing small challenges. Honestly even if people use the argument that he posts less than the other guy and how their view amounts were still somewhat close, I’d consider Mr. Beast would have the biggest flex that he pulled off just as much or close to the other guy in views, but accomplished it with less video uploads
This just makes me really sad, cause Jimmy has been my favorite youtuber for so many years. And he spends time on his videos. And it hurts that all that hard work is being copied to make money for others, and not the original creator.

Oh please these idiots in the comment hurt my brain you need to learn mr beast content is not that original is just copy paste from traditional media game show.. movies copy one another with there rehash ,sequel ,remade music with there sample inspiration from other musicians. There no such thing as originality and youtubers need to accept the reality that TH-cam is and entertainment form of media and can be copy by other people to.
@@issygaming2058 don't you know youtube have a limit on something that being copy (not interms music,movie scene or anything that originate from movie companies that definitely is gonna have a high chance of getting copyright) stolen content imma talk about is like mr beast took inspiration Whether from him or his team for video and thumbnail idea then they make the vid the Main rules is they cant straight up put a song that has copyright and actually movie scenes (more than 1-2 minutes he'll got copyrighted) meanwhile the other youtuber if they copy the other t thumbnail, video idea and obvious reference then it make the original youtuber that posted the video that the copycater copy will get upset

i’m from kazakhstan and he’s a bit popular here too since we are mostly russian-speaking and i usually see his videos popping off here and there, my lil brother even bought his kerch and gifted it to one of his friends(he’s a bit dumb, but now he understands the problem) and when I comment smth under his videos saying that it’s just a rip-off i usually get a shit ton of hateful comments from
his fanbase, so i guess it would be impossible to somehow try to make him infamous for doing this kind of stuff
I used to not like Mr. Beast's content, idk why, prolly how much he is killing the game, idk. But damn I've matured and now have a completely different perspective on him, he's a straight up genius. He also seems like a genuinely nice guy. I'm always too quick to judge with people, I'm working on that.

This happens ALL THE TIME. I literally had someone stealing my thumbnails in the exact same way from a much bigger creator in another country. I copyright struck them and it never happened again, lmao. He actually begged me via email to remove the strike and said he had no idea.
