Dynaflote for Ipad2 Dynamic Flotation Simulator for experiencing a ZERO Order Process

Dynaflote is a dynamic flotation process virtual simulator that combines all hydraulics design and operating variables with the particulate modeling of the mineral and gangue species found in mineral procesing plants. The model has been tested for Sulphide Copper, Coal and Phosphate Flotation.
It enables a user to experiment with the operating and design variables to indentify the best process control strategies for a given set of kinetic parameters or geometric variables of the impeller, flotation cell shape and concentrate removal.
The model enables to identify the right turbulence and the froth for the best recovery and grade combination.
