Thank you so much for your generous Super Thanks! ❤️ Your extra support is hugely appreciated! 😁 Unfortunately, there was just not enough interest in the Things You Missed for the Elden Ring DLC so I decided to move onto other content 😫
In the Finger Ruins area there is a rare crafting item and a path to a cookbook page. If you go as far south as you can in the ruins (you will encounter those worm enemies) after you kill any group of enemies look around for the Finger Mimic crafting material. Then head West following along the Southern wall until you find a path that that slopes up out of the ruins. It will be guarded by worms and hand enemies and the path is rather long, but you'll end up back in a secret area of Charo's Hidden Grave. The path you've been following will end at the Finger-Weaver's Hovel surrounded by glowing blue flowers which has the Finger-Weaver's Cookbook [1] inside.
Hey Dom, waiting for the new eps of Things You Missed! Feels my elden ring journey is not complete without referring to your vid! Have been watching since the first episode of this series 🤟🏻🤟🏻
Great stuff Dom! I just finished Cerulean Coast and I was also surprised by just how empty it was. That said, I completely missed the swordsman and the demi-humans, so back I go!
Thank you so much for your Super Thanks! 😁 Unfortunately there was not enough interest in the Things You Missed series for the Elden Ring DLC so I won't be making any further content on it.
I love this series but seriously would love it even more if you would include doing the side quests as well, as I know myself and many others use this as like a clean up guide, adding in the side quests would help keeping our play through clean!
The DLC is so fun to explore, I hope From Soft makes the next game this fun. I have learned to find a ton of stuff from watching your other videos, but you're always showing me something I missed.
I feel like FromSoftware really got the open world thing right with this DLC. Its so fun to explore and the terrain is so interesting. Can’t wait to see what they do next.
Yeah they mastered the open world format with this DLC. Massive open areas with a lot of vertically and secret paths. I just wish some areas weren't so empty like Cerulean Coast.
One thing not covered in the video; before dropping down to the fissure site of grace, there is a crafting book on the northern tip of the southern peninsula. St. Trina's disciple cookbook 2.
I'd recommend breaking the rune at the entrance of the Shadow Keep before arriving at the Cerulean Coast so when you get there, the seal at the bottom of that chasm is already broken. You should also have the hefty furnace pot recipe by now, you pick that up in a shack in the gravesite plains along with a few visages.
in my mind that last finger area you go to belongs to the finger guy questline - jolan ymir and the such. so after breaking the run but not harm in going their obviously. there is another path out of there that gets you up to a shack.
Heh, there's a rather big item you missed in the finger Ruins; go all the way to the center of the finger circle; you find a finger hanging from a chain or some such, walk up to it and the game gives you an option; "Sound the so and so bell." Do so and you use the finger as a trumpet like thing and you get the talisman: "Crimson Seed Talisman +1." (Similarly, do the same in the other finger ruins to get the "Cerulean Seed Talisman +1.)
Thank you again for these videos. I spent so much time in this area and couldn’t find anything yet I missed the secret caves. I died a lot to the stupid dragon because I forgot about the dragon katana.
@ 6:23 I defeated the sword master demi human and he dropped off the sword. My first time killing him too. He drops both the sword and the Starlight shards. You can also get him as a summon spirit ash. Also, there should be a cook book at the very end of the peninsula by the fissure/pit/hole area.
there is a hidden area in the finger area, if you go down into the lower section and head south west there is a path up which goes below charo's grave and gives a cook book. I can't remember which one but it's fairly hidden and a bit of a trek honestly
Pretty cool Easter egg I haven’t seen mentioned yet: If you kill Demi-Human Queen Marigga before all of her little minions, they will not attack but rather bend the knee to you
One thing that you might have missed. In the Ruins of Rhae, if you go to the left side, you will be able to find the Finger-Weavers Hovel and the Finger-Weaver's Cookbook [1]. (Basically there is a path under the Dragon Communion) Though you can reach that as well via the Dragon at the Dragon Communion (I went accidentally there instead of Charons Grave)
I'm actually covering this cookbook in the next episode when we cover Charo's Grave :D - I wasn't sure which episode to put it in because it's so out of the way lol
While I really like the aesthetic of this area, I agree with many that it feels too empty... Definitely feel like there's some missed potential. Thank you nonetheless for making sure we don't miss anything!
Well, there is little loot in the Cerulean Coast, but it's a lot compared to either Finger Ruins XD Plus I really love the swords and the dancer stuff.
Hi Dom just watched your video of things you missed -8 and the strange grabbing of the finger spider 🤔 I went to the bellarat town sewers to get the poison finger roughly garded by a horned warrior upon defeating him he happened to drop 2 sets of his swords in one attack, weather you think this is strange but doesn't it make you think that perhaps the game has a lot of strange things that are kind of unexplainable, that perhaps it's bugged or just a coincidence but it could just be the way that they made it 🤔 and thanks for a great informative video 👍💯
Hey dom, Please can you do a faith / int build using sword of night and flame / Rellana’s swords and best sorcerers / incantations for this build. I love your content. Keep up the good work 🩵.
It was rather heartbreaking entering into all the finger ruins only to learn that they only existed for you to run to the center a blow a horn and then maybe dupe a remembrance at a coffin. Like they are such massive and cool areas that take up a large portion of the map and yet hardly served any purpose :( I was really hoping there would’ve been a lot to explore in them along with some creepy monsters that go along with the creepy look of the place. Definitely an underutilized part of the dlc for sure.
I love this DLC but I almost cant believe how little there is in the map to find. Even the stuff you get is just crafting materials. Even if the added more enemies to fight ad loot would have been okay. I still love this game and with the main game and the DLC its still a massive game and one of the best ones ever at that. Cheers
I've been very surprised by the lack of stuff in areas, even enemies. I played through Elden RIng 7 times but after finishing Shadow of the Erdtree, I'll not be playing through it again. While Shadow of the Erdtree was good, the more I played it the less impressed I was by it and more annoyed by the areas that led to nothing.
Just tested is: It's definitely open only once Miquella's rune breaks. And it makes sense, considering what is at the end of the Great Fissure. You must have experienced a bug.
Really weird. I went all the way down, fought the boss and came to the choice with the nectar but had no clue what to do 😅 only have the first grace in shadow keep.
Had the same thing happen to me, absolutely anoying being locked out of some quests now without doing anything wrong. As much as I love the dlc it’s not as good as the base game
Really? I didn't even do anything in shadow keep. Just ran by the furlace golem and got the site of grace. Did that already break the rune? I expected a cutscene or a choice or something alike. Again very nice vid Dom. Love the content. Used it for the full palythrough of the base game and kinda felt like we were playing together 😀
NOt just the question of why so big with no good lot, but more important, why so empty of enemies? Why not pack it with some tough, normal trype mobs u gotta hack your way through to get by?
Hey come on bud we need next one plz . An episode where we don’t miss a thing . That should be a good series idea . Don’t miss a thing in ( name of place ) I will watch that all day long
my god i dont get people saying upgrade mats are useless. 7 through 9 are so expensive if you want to upgrade the new items, i was so happy about every single one. fuck anyone who put 'dung ahead' down before them
Also on a fresh play through I’m not trying to go all the way to farum azula before playing the DLC to get the all bell bearings. People are so short-sighted.
A new one, Thank you very much. I am the type of person who likes to check guide first because stuff in Elden ring can sometimes be irreversible. Kinda a pain if I do something weird wrong and having to wait until Newgame plus to redo it. Anyways thank you for your hard work
Man…was really hoping to keep going with your guides…esp for the more open areas. They really helped me through base game and now the dlc…appreciate it.
Love this dlc. On my second playthrough of it and noticed how vast swathes are completely empty. I love finding new routes to places its just somwwhat disappointing when they lead to more emptiness
My mind was blown when first discovering the Cerulean Coast region, I was sure I must have come across some incredible secret. Joke was on me, as exploring this area turns out to be so incredibly boring
We are missing the next episodes! This series is amazing!
I love your Things You Missed Guides! I used them for the base game and the DLC! I hope you continue the series and upload the next episodes soon!
Thank you so much for your generous Super Thanks! ❤️ Your extra support is hugely appreciated! 😁 Unfortunately, there was just not enough interest in the Things You Missed for the Elden Ring DLC so I decided to move onto other content 😫
Can I bribe you with a hundred bucks? 😅@@DomsRoundtable
Theres a Trina Cookbook near the pit. its at the highest point to the east on you map.
This series is SO GREAT! Sad to see it on pause
LETS GOOOOO DOM
That scadutree fragment was one of the very few I was still missing. So for that and for many other things, here’s a big ol’ thanks!
We need the next things you missed!
FOR REAL! WHERE IS IT
In the Finger Ruins area there is a rare crafting item and a path to a cookbook page.

I came here to add this comment but you already did!
You are a true friend!
Since it's in Charo's Hidden Grave area this is in Dom's Charo's Hidden Grave video.
Dom, I have no idea where to go next! Looking forward to the next episode!
Hi Dom, I love the series and your work. Will you continue the things you missed series?
Thank you so much for your Super Thanks! 😁 Unfortunately there was not enough interest in the Things You Missed series for the Elden Ring DLC so I won't be making any further content on it.
Love to see that I was not the only one to get the forager brood bug upside down 😂
The demi-human queen's name made me cackle out loud when I found her the first time. The sheer cheek! It's really funny. And she drops good stuff too!
I love this series but seriously would love it even more if you would include doing the side quests as well, as I know myself and many others use this as like a clean up guide, adding in the side quests would help keeping our play through clean!
Pro Tip: the dancer outfit buffs dance attacks INCLUDING Eochaid’s dancing blade 😳
Short episode? Its nearly 20 minutes brother! Much love . I dont even need anything from the dlc but i watch all your videos. Comment and liked
The DLC is so fun to explore, I hope From Soft makes the next game this fun. I have learned to find a ton of stuff from watching your other videos, but you're always showing me something I missed.
At the tip of the peninsula where you jumped down you can loot St.Trina Disciple's cookbook 2. Keep up the good work🙂
i didn't know there were 25 things in cerulean coast
thank you for your guides
Thank you for all the work you do on these videos - they are extremely helpful!
You missed st. Tina's cookbook 2 (south of the chasm) and the Finger Weaver's Hovel with a cookbook (accessible through the finger ruins)
Awesome video as usual Dom! Always enjoy watching these!
I feel like FromSoftware really got the open world thing right with this DLC. Its so fun to explore and the terrain is so interesting. Can’t wait to see what they do next.

Need the Abyssmal Woods next

First time I saw the Sword Master and used the ash later ... reminded me of Yoda and his lightsaber techniques.
We need the next episode! PLZ!
missed the perfumed oil ! thanks :)
We need more videos bro!
I miss the elden ring videos!! Dom is my favorite Elden TH-camr

I don’t believe he actually missed them. Probably just didn’t mention them as they pertain to a npc quest 😊
Thank you again for these videos. I spent so much time in this area and couldn’t find anything yet I missed the secret caves. I died a lot to the stupid dragon because I forgot about the dragon katana.
these videos are gonna help my 2nd run of the dlc soooooo much better :) Thank you for another amazing video!

Your guides are so useful Dom! You're one of the most wholesome youtubers in the game
agreed!
Regular hefty fire pots also work against furnace golems, you need 5 instead of 3 for furnace pots.
Golden Epitaph + DSGK = 🙏
Damn those Ghostflame Dragons
One thing that you might have missed.
In the Ruins of Rhae, if you go to the left side, you will be able to find the Finger-Weavers Hovel and the Finger-Weaver's Cookbook [1].

While I really like the aesthetic of this area, I agree with many that it feels too empty... Definitely feel like there's some missed potential. Thank you nonetheless for making sure we don't miss anything!
Are you making another episode?
In my experience, shard spiral works well against furnace golems, if that helps.
Well, there is little loot in the Cerulean Coast, but it's a lot compared to either Finger Ruins XD
Plus I really love the swords and the dancer stuff.
"She shouldn't cause any problems"
*chunks half of your titanic health bar in one hit*
Cheers Dom. I will have to go back for the scadutree fragment!
thanks for the speedy upload....Cheers
Hope there was a sleep perfume… and when they say they’re adding more than 100 weapons some categories only got one or two 😅
14:02 What?? Charos Hidden Grave is literally part of the Cerulean Coast...
At minute 10:50 you forgot to show a St. Trina's preparation book at the very edge of the cliff going east just before going down
Thanks for this videos

Doms Roundtable, continue The Things We Missed, and my life is yours!
We need next episode
Good job keep up the good work 👏
For me there were two of those forager brood that were stuck in the ground like that.
Still waiting for the rest of the episodes 😔
It was rather heartbreaking entering into all the finger ruins only to learn that they only existed for you to run to the center a blow a horn and then maybe dupe a remembrance at a coffin. Yeah it's almost like the bass game for how paced out the loot is.
Thank you for all your great videos - what’s the easiest way to make a donation?
I am probably wrong but was there a cookbook up above the fissure?
I've been very surprised by the lack of stuff in areas, even enemies. I played through Elden RIng 7 times but after finishing Shadow of the Erdtree, I'll not be playing through it again. While Shadow of the Erdtree was good, the more I played it the less impressed I was by it and more annoyed by the areas that led to nothing.
I could already access the bottom of the fissure even though I didn't break Miquela's great rune yet. For me, the seal opened after defeating Rellana.

yea i made perfect sense to me, here's a bunch of cool weapons, and here's the matts to upgrade them.
@@joshuahensley9395 ikr? i used up every single one and still had to buy more for all the weapon builds i was trying out
its not that hard to farm runes though..mohg area with elden beast sword nets you almost 40k per cast..
They’re still essentially useless. The amount of runes needed to buy them is like one or two runs of the moghwyn palace farms away
Also on a fresh play through I’m not trying to go all the way to farum azula before playing the DLC to get the all bell bearings. People are so short-sighted.

Yo! Wheres Inir Ilim? Your vids R my guide! What are the key items before new game? I have severe FOMO!😅
All the forager brood in my game are upside down and writhing too…ever since the patch. Not sure what’s going on.
Maybe im mistaken but i thought a good chunk of the cerulean coast was already covered in another things you missed episode??
Man…was really hoping to keep going with your guides…esp for the more open areas. They really helped me through base game and now the dlc…appreciate it.
When will the next vidoe come out
Star lined Katana is a amazing. I spammed the crap out of the Dancing Leon. 2nd try
What's next? I only play the game with the second monitor following your guide. I am basically blind now, I don't know what do to anymore... :D
because of these series I discovered my collection of prattling pates. 😅😆
If one is missing the map fragment... Things you missed, not things that are even highlighted on the map before you even enter a region....
I use these as a walk through and now I'm stuck at what to do next before I break the miquillas rune... please get us to that point at least
This video should be titled "everything in the cerulean coast"
Thanks I missed some stuff
It sucks the cerulean coast is just a transitional area, it's so cool it deserves it's own legacy dungeon
will the little upside down Forager brood be there if Moore has gone to visit the ancestors?
No. If you've already told moore to be sad forever you cannot collect any uncollected forager books.
@@biggums5 thanks. I thought so but needed to verify.
Thank you sire.

The furnace golem trick doesn’t work on the first golem
You let out the circles of light sorcery...the spirit glaive weapon.. and a spirit ash... unless they belong to another video
are you giving up on this series?
My mind was blown when first discovering the Cerulean Coast region, I was sure I must have come across some incredible secret. Joke was on me, as exploring this area turns out to be so incredibly boring
Agreed with your points. Felt like there was a lot of deadspace
Was really looking forward this new one :)
