- The iconic shell mould - love it or hate the shell, it's here to stay, and is a staple in creatives who use eco resins like our Ecrylimer Pro. Being an enclosed mould it just loves to trap those bubbles and just when you get it right and go to demold it, you break it! It is probably one of the most frustrating moulds to use - yet produces the most perfect art deco-inspired shell when you get it right. In this video, you will find tips and tricks, what mistakes look like and how to avoid them.
If you haven't tried a shell mould yet - we have a handy kit to get you started - www.bramblier.co/product-page...
Regardless of what eco or acrylic resin you are using, this tutorial is suitable for any acrylic resins including Jesmonite.
